Like in all other cases where a loss was due to play conditions, not a problem between keyboard and chair, the ship should be refunded, and any insurance payout docked from the players isk account. This is they way it always has been, no reason the week in question should be any different. Noone should lose ships to server crankiness, on the other hand, people shouldn't profit from it either. ______

What about me and peps like me who played SAFE AND Kept BS DOCKED FOR LAUNCH WEEK. Not only have i lost 200+MILL to a week of possible hunting npc. I have now been punished when people who were incompitent getting their BS lost not only get their BS replaced but Insured and the insure payout kept. Some got two replacment BS 1 from today and 1 from GM aswered petition + the insure. And some who blow up their BS for the insure isk to buy shiva stuff also got theirs back. thats 100mill of insure payout+ 200mill hunting time loss+ 100mill BS (+somecases second replacemnt to) adding upto a total 400 or 500mill depending on how many replacments they got i've missed out on. There are WARS going on here and alot of ships were destroyed.Alot of us hunting people that we are at war with for hours each day finding out that the enemy is getting their ships back plus getting to keep insurance.We get screwed on our time of playing for that week.What does the people get for fighting all the time not losing any thing while fighting that week during a war NOTHING!We don't mind losing ships its apart of the game but we don't like see people killed get their ships back for nothing. Now from whats i'm seeing and hearing people are not only getting their ships back but they get the keep the damn insurance too.Huff Tech has been at war with NSA they have lost over 8 Billion worth of ships and most of them in that 23rd to 28th period.We lost ships recently in the past few days due to stupid moves.We don't get our ships back because we didn't lose them in the time period? how thats totaly.WHY is it **** up cause we get ** over and the people were at war with not only gets ships back but THEY GET MONEY FOR IT!I either see 2 ways of fixing it giving people from the 23rd to last downtime or TAKE THAT BACK which is what i would perfer more.Message from Sybex Eve has become a game exclusively for carebears and is no longer evenly balanced as it was in the begining. All you're average carebear has to do is cry to a gm (who was once a carebear themselves) and they get they're way. If a person who is or who is affiliated with pirates has a complaint they are brushed off and told tough luck and thnx for ur money loser. Why in the name of zeus's hairy *** would you give people back that they lost legitimatly? Would you take something away from someone they earned in the same fashion. . . . I'd hope not. CCP should have just looked at the killmails on their server and reimbursed where the damage was done by an NPC. Other cases should not have been reimbursed at all. And in NO case should both ship AND insurance have been returned. This not only cost us a week of effort but gave our enemies a bonus of another weeks' effort. In short it will mean that I will have to put in another two weeks' worth of my playtime to "roll back" CCP blunder here. Both being enemies with nsa , Bob Killing them in 0.0 and huff killing them in empire. Estimated damage done from the 23th to the 28th to the nsa by both these organizations exeeds 12 billiion. While huff and bob forces sustained minimul damages. Well Now ccp decides to give them all there ships back that we destroyed in this time period. Whats majorly wrong with this is that I personally from the 23 to the 28th spent at least 12 hours each of those days hunting down the nsa infadels. So ccp youve made my 60 hours of playtime during these days totally meaningless. I want sum kind of reimbursement for my 60 hours of game time that i thought i was putting to good use murdering my enemy. From the 23th to the 28th i did not lose a single ship , ccp this is the worst slap in the face i have had from you ever. I spit on you ccp , right in your face and poo on your shoe.
