I've been saying all this time that mining needs to be more difficult and more dangerous, and that if CCP won't do it, we have to. Well, I guess it's time to put up or shut up.
In the interest of spreading the love around, I'll sponsor Une gank s'il vous plait? with a Navy Dominix, receivable at Dodixie. I'll have it contracted out tonight.

Thus adding to the great chain of life.

As a way to encourage younger players to participate, Id like to propose the achievement:
"Little Gally Lost Her Rifter"
Show up on an exhumer killmail in 0.5 and above while using a t1 frigate.
Reward:
Rifter BPO
In case of tie, the player with the most killmails using t1 frigs wins.
Also, a reward for our victims:
"Cry me a river"
Be the carebear with the best rage/whine during the event ( voted most epic )
Reward: 100 units of heavy water.

Lots of people wanting to donate prizes for the best tears. Those should all be combined, I think, and we need some standard to judge the tears. Perhaps a panel of judges?

Is it that time again? Awesome way to show how much of a ***** you all are to troll highsec and blow up the easiest blob gank ship in EVE. Its not like with the collective effort of so many pilots pointed in one direction you could hurt a major alliance in null, we all know mining has come to a grinding standstill for over a year since the BoB/Goon war and you could all kick it into gear with a major summer war. But if your so bored of EVE that you need to blow up a hulk, can one of you at least blow up a hulk with a faction fitted pirate battleship of your own to prove your not so risk adverse as a carebear and take a hit to the wallet, kind of tired of the chest beating and name calling that carebears are risk adverse yet you all are using the cheapest method possible  .

Hulkageddon is not an event geared towards specific people. I do believe that would be a violation of the EULA. Also, it would be much more appropriate to talk to a mercenary corporation rather than posting here.
