However I noticed this morning on online banking that the charge had gone through. So I returned to said supermarket only to be told I had to wait 24 hours and then provide my bank statement as proof that the charge hadn't been reversed. Now who do these bastards think they are making me jump through hoops to get my own money back? I agree that shooting people with a headache in the head is a good idea, because it will stop their headaches.

Presumably no one would buy the shares for more than they are worth, so the amount of money returned to the bank and distributed to the shareholders would not cover the extra payout, diminishing the value of everyones' shares. Why not just write them off and begin the payouts?

I thought it was taking this long because you were only creating enough shares to give to those who had jumped through your hoops and you liked the look of. If you are going to auction these "at least" 1,297 shares then that means that if anyone has a complaint they will almost certainly not get a resolution they agree with. Also, you mean there could be more? - How? If you have given all but these "leftovers" out unless you create more. BTW - I got my shares. I will offer 1 ISK for all the remaining shares in total. Afterall, you have not said how much EBANK will be distributing or over how many shares (post a link if I missed it, please). I also have not mentioned independent verification/audit of all the EBANK assets --
