This is the last official announcement from the EBANK Board of Directors.
Liquidation
EBANK is liquidating.
Why?
Because.
How?
Shares will be issued to verified account holders, one share per full one million ISK. Dividends will be issued as and when funds become available.
When?
Now. You have until the 1st of December 2010 to verify your account, after that no more shares will be issued and your balance will be forfeit.
Verification
If you have supplied us with your API or BLEEP key then your role in the process is done. The bank will review your account and issue shares if no warning flags are raised.
Last Word
Never, ever invest in a 'bank' again.

Fail at reading much? ISK will be transfered through the share system. If you don't want any shares, you won't get any ISK.

Yes. The longer you take to verify your account the more risk you assume that there may be insufficient funds to pay out your missed dividends.

If you are going to just pay out dividends starting now-ish and going until there is nothing left to pay out, why even bother setting a deadline for account verification?
It sounds like there's no guarantee that there will be any assets left to pay out as dividends on 2010-12-01. Is that right? So someone might meet your account verification deadline and still get nothing?

I will buy EBANK shares at 150k per share.
Also, it does not seem very reasonable to set a deadline for account verification and then later start liquidation before that deadline.

It could just be based on the number Ray quoted above as ISK that was verified, and previous amounts listed on balance sheets. I'd guess the tally is above 50% based on those numbers.
