Plz make T3 skill loss more heavy - at least until the ships have been balanced to the rest of the game... They don't cost enough for what they are capable of...
This post is made only to counter the T3 sp loser whiners in this thread who obviously have no idea what they are talking about. Obviously ship balancing will occur eventually when the T1 ships had their turn and isn't a "small thing" as it connects with so many other things

- PI factory planets are typically built with multiple spaceports to store all the material needed, making for a click-fest of imports and exports. Spaceports and warehouse should be upgradeable to increase their storage volume, or there should be multiple spaceport types, each with different storage volumes.
- If I cannot access a planetGÇÖs customs office, I can use my spaceport to place large payloads into orbit (larger than the command centerGÇÖs payload).
- When exploring, wormholes are the vermin of the sky. There should be a method, maybe requiring special skills or equipment, that identifies the signature types. (Example: Bring back the observer probe. It gives no location info, just sig type. Maybe it takes a long time to do so.)
- Setting a science or manufacturing job requires opening and using multiple windows. Consolidate them all into one window, and have the client pre-select the job installation location to be either where the BP is, or where I last did a job, and use the most available slot.
- Establishments are rumored to be almost done. Roll out something for us role players, some sort of multiple avatar common area. DonGÇÖt worry about content; role players bring their own content.
- It should not be possible to slowboat inside a moon, planet, or star. It should not be possible to set a bookmark inside a moon, planet, or star.
- Reprocessing an item should never result in a greater volume of minerals than the volume of the initial item.
- The client should have graphics calls in both DirectX and Open GL, and use whatever is best given the OS its working under.
- Ice, even exotic ice, should show up in Grav sites.
- Other ore types should show up in grav sites than the current selection. For example, there seem to be no pyroxene sites.
- If I know the password to a can, or none is set, I can repackage, reprocess, or sell that can without a wait.
- Drones shown as in space on the drone window should blink red when being shot, like watchlist items.
- There should be hot keys for "launch current drone group", "go to next drone group", "go to previous drone group".
- Drones groups can be assigned to buttons on the hud, as though they were guns.
- Corporations metagame to anchor high sec POSes, for example booting low standings people. As long as they are getting around the standings requirement, make it an in-game feature: Allow corps with low standings to buy anchoring rights.
- The star map should have a GÇ£strategicGÇ¥ button that lays it out like the Eve Strategic Maps.
- I can set the overview so people doing things to me float to the top of the list.
- The cool down for a clone jump is greatly reduced if the jump did not result in a location change. Hard-wired mind transfers are less stressful then long distance transfers.
- While in High sec two pilots or two fleets who want to fight each other may do so without having to resort to meta-gaming methods (like can flipping) to keep CONCORD away.
- A supercap pilot can leave their ship and have it be just as safe as if it were docked. For example, the ship can be anchored and a password is needed to re-board and un-anchor.
- When docking with CQ on, the CQ loading process is paused if the user does anything. The user has top priority at all times.
- On the character selection screen, the training status of all the pilots is shown.
- When jumping through a stargate, clicking jump multiple times gives the message "Jump already in progress", not "Session change already in progress".
- The loyalty store has a hierarchical layout like the market.

I would like to be able to drop notes from note pads into cargo, station Items warehouse etc. Make them into a transferable "Item" that would work something like Bookmarks. The idea is to be able to leave myself or others in my corp or alliance notes that don't entail having to search out mail or having to mess with chat.
For example, a note dropped in with a "JF logistics" load of 300 different items belonging to a dozen different members could have a detailed listing of what is there and where each item is destined for and who each item belongs to. That would make things much simpler to desegregate at point of destination. Think of it as being able to make a simple "bill of lading"
While it is currently allowable to make notes and keep them in your notepad or perhaps list this in an eve mail, I think it might be much more simple and MUCH more convenient to be able to drop a note in your cargo, use it to look at each particular load and know exactly what to do with it rather then having to fight through a pile of corp/alliance/personal mails or 400 different notes in your personal notepad. I find that I have over 3 dozen important notes that I can't afford to lose but dont have time to keep crawling through to find my bill of lading notes.

Make all cloaks zero your speed (like a cyno being lit) on non-covert ops configured ships.

Allow me to choose whether the right and left arrow keys switch targets in the order on the overview or the order they were locked (i.e., the order they appear across the top of the screen, by default). The order can be quite different if I'm targeting different size things. It's really annoying to try to scoot over to the ship immediately to the left of what I'm currently targeting and have the focus leap across the screen.

Edit: actual suggestion: Can we please be allowed to text link WH systems? If you aren't actually in the system to do a drag drop link it's annoying. Especially when I can'y link from in MOTDs cause MOTD editors locks out all other input and thus it's impossible to link a WH system even when in said system D: The Drake is a Lie |

You can already clone BM's using shift-drag to the hanger or cargo hold. No need to make 1000 bookmarks.

Can we get an indicator for fleet advert links? People tend to give silly names to these and often times people will click them with no idea what it really is assuming ti might be a character name, ship name, or maybe even a weird outpost name.
This results in a lot of "[Person] has rejected your fleet invitation". Maybe have the default action to be to open the fleet window and show them the fleet location, boss name, and description in the fleet finder? The Drake is a Lie |

Please please pleae allow the amarr to stack their used crystals!!!!! I can't tell you how annoying it is to have to scroll down through cargo and inventory just because of the thousands of crystal ammo we have. Can't we use a different signifier that they are damaged instead of them being unstacked?

The ability for planetary Interaction module menus to display on top of other windows. Right now you need to close a bunch of things to find the extractor window. (please see request for buttons to reopen those windows above)
An arrow in PI that points back to your command center when placing links for those really long polar route links.
A way to make the Science and Industry Planets window smaller when doing PI . Right now you can only have up to six planets, but the window is so large that you could show 15 and you can't make it any smaller, it is wasted space.
Allow an option for autopilot color in the overview to something other than the faint yellow. On some monitors it is hard to tell the difference versus the white (this is also tied to the problem with nebula brightness).
How about an option not to change course when orbiting when activating or deactivating prop mods? (webs can still change your course). Maybe ties it to your high-speed maneuvering skill?
Fix the issue where targets blow up before the missiles get there.
Give us drone control buttons (launch, recover, orbit, attack). Especially now that you are about to change the AI.
Flight time estimate in the map view based on current ship speed for a plotted course?
Please add an option to the scanner probe system so that move mouse movements do not change the bubble size (scanning range).
Add an option to delete account names from the login menu. If I tried to make a type of coffee that made all of you happy, and you rated it, the group score for it would be about 60 out of 100. Break into 3 or 4 coffee clusters, and made coffee just for each cluster, the scores would go from 60 to 78. The difference between coffee at 60 and coffee at 78 is a difference between coffee that makes you wince or makes you happy. |

Let us build and anchor billboards! They dont need any special funktion, just being able to anchor one in my WH or at my home station would be awesome, I love those thingies.
Being able to display something on them you created, renting them, or even lending them to someone else so they can put their advertisments on it would be absolutley incredibly awesome but doesnt fit in the "little thing" thingy, so
- building and anchoring billboards -
is my wish :)
