Same here. Launcher and website don't work. Exefile lets me in. And still getting 3.9 fps.

Happened once after gatejump and once after WH jump. Relogging fixed it. Data/relic sites despawn almost instantly if you cloak in them. Phone rang, I cloaked up and the site was already gone by the time I had grabbed the phone. Probes appear at the strangest places after launch. I guess they save the position in the last system you pulled them in and are displayed there then. Really annoying if you go from a 160AU to a 14AU system and you have to find the probes way outside.

Please try again or contact EVE customer support." so i give up on the launcher again and use the exefile to launch eve, this works fine so far. i haven't had any problems today yet but its only a matter of time WTF CCP why did you have to go and do (insert latest c*ck up here) bad form!!

I can't give info but I can make an educated guess: he had fleet member locked for remote support (like RR). He selected the locked target and wanted to activate his remote help module by pressing F1, but he pressed 1 instead, which is bound to tag command. And he got error message saying that you have to be in command position to be able to use tags.
