You don't get SP for the races you couldn't fly. You only get the SP if you didn't have any Frig or Cruiser training at all. You can confirm this in both the patch notes and previous in this thread. |

I launched pre-made pattern of 8 probes and let them be in space for their full life span 65 mins. After that, the probes automatically returned to the ship just as promised in dev blogs and in the patch notes.
Next, I launched another pattern but manually recalled the middle probe. I left the remaining pattern of 7 probes in space until they ran out of time. This time probes did not return to the ship. I lost them.
Is this a bug or feature? Can anyone else confirm it or was it just a one time issue? |

as already stated... why should i cancel one of the 2 petitions i have already got and had for over a month just so you can troubleshoot with the belief that its my computer? that part of the game worked just fine before the expansion and i have made NO changes since this morning when i logged off before the expansion began...

I am getting an average of 3.9 fps with a geforce 650ti. Graphic settings don't make a difference, rebooting and clearing the cache did not help either.

Giving OS, Video Card and Driver version is going to in no way compromise your system security. It's not like you're giving IP addresses or any vital info about your machine or connection. Just the simple stuff.

Sweet mother may just calm down. Nobody said this is your fault.
Just post your system specs to HELP THE DEVELOPERS FIX YOUR problem. They need only know your operating system, and probably your graphics card type. Nothing that would compromise anything.
Why do you have these petitions running for months if the issue appeared today?
If this problem has appeared BEFORE the patch today, this is a different issue and should be addressed in the petition or a different forum/thread. if this has appeared as of today's patch, you're correct in asking here. |

The best thing you can do to help yourself in this situation is to provide a dxdiag dump. I just checked, and the only thing that could be used to help identify your PC remotely is the "Machine Name" field (line 5). Remove that, and there's nothing that I saw that could be linked back to you.
This information helps the developers to reproduce the problem if it's hardware/driver/OS related.
To create this dump:
1) Click Start
2) Click Run
3) Type dxdiag
You might be prompted at this point to allow dxdiag to check if your drivers are signed. I choose yes.
4) Click Save All Information
5) Choose a location and filename
Again, this won't produce information that could be used against you or your system.

We're looking into this and will make some adjustments, probably in 1.1. We haven't nailed down what the adjustment will be, but you can definitely expect that more/better options for filtering or hiding anomalies will be made. |

So you know more about computers than i do grats!! go get a kudos bar... i cannot give them the info in a pet until they answer the ones outstanding... i don't see what help posting it there would do seeing as its been a month since i first posted the ones i got and they are just being ignored...and thats a month where no major issue distracted them from replying
the dev who responded said ALL system info not just OP and graphics card info... so now you slammed down a player for knowing less than you about how computer works, does it make you feel superior? maybe a PAID employee can explain how to make a petition when we are limited to 2 without the need to cancel an issue without receiving the appropriate customer service.. great way to ignore paying customers if they are forced to remove pets just to make another! |
