in the dev blog there's a screencrab for the new look for the blueprints (without the extra materials), so used the same and im thinking something like this, that would make it easier to copy paste into external spreadsheets and too math with em :) currect format just copyes the material and the ammount in the same column and the brackets so either u have to split the row or write the number out manually to the next column |

someone told me to post my idea here, so here it goes:
lets say i have a nice stack of 8 guns, that i want to fit on my ship, lets say destroyer.. with current fitting technique, or lack of.. i have to drag my guns, 1 by 1, into the fitting window. what i suggest, is a little modifictaion to the codes (well i don't know if its a little change i have no knowledge in coding) that allows you to hold down SHIFT (or any button) to drag the whole stack in the fitting window! i think it would make some kind of sense. and i hope its not too much work.

would be nice too be able to link a fitted ship from assets .. its handy for when you don't have it saved and you are somewhere else .. like say a different region and you want to link that fit for someone in chat Tech 3's need to be multi role ships not cruiser hulls with battleship tank and insane resists ABC's are clearly T2 in all but name.. remove drone assist mechanic. Similarly, if I misspell "Jita" to say, "Jits" and click Search, now "Jits" shows up as a (useless) suggestion next to "Jita" when I type "Jit" into the search field. Can a little X be added somewhere on the side of the suggestions to remove them and reduce clutter and confusion when searching?

If at all possible make burned out crystals in lasers autoreload from cargo if there are more crystals in cargo. At present you must degroup guns, reload the crystal in question, regroup guns, move them back to where they used to be on the UI and then continue as before. To make matters worse if your crystals are just slightly out of sync (due to degrouping guns once or something) then you could have this entire process happen 8 times in a single fight.
If this isn't possible to fix then please, please make the autofit ship tool not treat used crystals as new crystals because when you hit fit it'll give you a mixture of used and new which will guarantee the problem mentioned above will happen. |

Suggestion: Can we have coloring feature for specific ship types on D-Scan ? like for an example coloring Catalyst red in ship type column, so whenever catalyst on d-scan I can notice it instantly rather than reading the whole list of short range nearby ships. This is very useful feature especially in small/ busy system / on the pipe between market hubs. Can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have the ability to name our jumpclones?!?!?!?!?! ex...sniper....recon....dred.....mac... ect. Now with even more jumpclones its a real mess trying to figure out which is which at a glance.
Also, on the login character selection screen, can you show the skill currently being learned, not just the time remaing? |

More Drag and Drop coolness, you missed one :D.
I really like the efforts by the UI team so far with all the drag and drop functionality. It would be great if drag and drop would work for dragging stations into the 'destination' field in the 3rd step of creating a courier contract.
I guess it might be a little tricky, 'station' object's can be dragged from a lot of places, like chat links (that may not have the full stations name), top left neocom, show info windows (show info window pictures). |

If you buy skillbooks in advance--for training an alt not based in Highsec, for example--you will acquire a stack of skillbooks for your plan. However, to determine if a book you own can be inserted (trained) you must either open the character skill list, attempt to insert the book (and fail with a popup, often), or go to the marketplace and look at the skills listing in each category then re-check the hanger to see if you have that skill.
Much easier: include a tiny corner indicator (as done with T2, faction, complex and officer modules) showing whether a given skill from a skillbook is "not trainable", "trainable" or "trained" -- in that order.
