Note: When selecting a station/POS array to run an S&I job, we have the option to look within the station, system, current BP location, Constellation, and/or Region. In systems with many stations & POS arrays, selecting System, Constellation, or Region offers a very long list of facilities to run your S&I Job, and finding the right facility increases the tedium when installing jobs. Please allow us to add facilities to a "Favorites List", and then let pick from the Favorites List as another option instead of listing all facilities in the station, system, constellation, etc.

How about a new Little Things thread to reflect that?
1. Some sort of indicator in the character sheet (or Journal) for NPC corps you have standing with, showing progress to the next storyline mission. Like a 16 part pie that fills in or something with each mission and resets every 16 missions.
2. When I am docked in the hangar or CQ I want a radial menu for my active ship for the common actions like:
- Leave ship - Open Cargo - Open Fittings - Open Drone Bay - Open specialised hold
(the right click menu is unwieldy and also suffers featuritis)
3. Also a palette floating at the top of the Neocom for the active docked ship in hangar view with buttons for these functions would be very nice. Something like this in terms of function already exists in space in the form of the Selected Item palette. These common actions really should have 1 click access in the hangar.
Those are three things off the top of my head.
Edit: fixed title :-) i like those ideas and maybe a cooldown timer/notification for when we can repeat data center's and/or Cosmos missions

When I'm out mining, I use my Survey Scanner to smart-cycle my strip miners, so I interrupt the strip miner when I know there is no more ore in a rock, so I don't have to wait the full 3 mins. When I touch the strip miner icons (F1, F2 etc) I can see a highlight on which of my targets they are currently locked to. Vice versa when I touch one of the targets. It would be very helpful to extend this UI change to the survey scanner result window, so when I see that an asteroid is almost empty, I could touch it there and see which strip miner I actually have to stop. Currently the only way to do this, is to click the asteroid in the result window so that the highlighted target changes, then touch the target to see which strip miner this corresponds to.

More often then I'm willing to admit, when I mine for e.g. Plagioclase I'm like ohh Massive Scordite and switch my strip miners to that and forget to switch my crystals. It would be really helpful if the strip miners Icon would turn read if using the wrong crystal, but even worse, currently when you touch the strip miner it shows you your max. possible yield although the true value (when using the wrong crystal) is much lower. Any help with that, turning something red, or even text on the screen would help a lot before I mine again for an hour and only THEN wonder why my cargo is filling up so slowly. |

How about putting it back in general discussion and leaving well enough alone? general discussion = maximum exposure, features and ideas, lot less exposure.... ie majority wont look in there so most wont know about it, and also means ideas of new content etc or things that need fixing wont get mentioned...

3) Allow festival launchers to use any open high slot. No reason ships with no spare missile slots shouldn't be allowed to make their victims suffer a sparkly death.
4) A T2 only filter for the market. It's such a pain sifting through all those junk t1 mods to get to the t2 I and everyone else uses typically.
5) Back in the day, we could have moons show up on screen with a circle (like planets) but not appear on the overview. I'd like to see this returned. Makes D-scanning POS's and ships parked at moons far less annoying.
6) A button to loot all containers/wrecks within range. I thought I heard this was being added a year or more ago, still no such option. Fireworks and snowballs are great, but what I really want is a corpse launcher. |

Will buy all mods necessary to fit a saved ship fit and then fit them. Will pay what it needs to pay to buy the item in station if necessary.
Add a "fit multiple like this" button which does the same thing for multiple copies of the ship. Embers Children is recruiting carefully selected pilots who like wormholes, green killboards and the sweet taste of tears. You can convo me in game or join the chat "TOHA Lounge".

Thanks for continuing to follow this post CCP, I've just read the devblog and you've made wonderfun things.
Now for the angry part... Why is it still impossible to set custom orbits and keep at range for up to 100km on the radial menu ? We are limited to an arbitrary 30 kms and that's one of the major point that prevents me from using the radial menu at all.
Let me emphasize this point with angry pictures :
(Actually I use the radial menu for jumping through titan bridge, because it enables you to jump at the first tick without spamming right clic like a ******** person :D. But that's a micro-case.)

Note: You need to delete all fittings manually if you want to import the newest saved fittings from or to SiSi
Fitting ships is serious business and sometimes you need to change your fittings if something doesn't work anymore or the module slots on your ships are getting shuffled around or new ones are added in an upcoming change.
So you go on SiSi and play around with your fittings and change them all until they fit and export the new fittings to a file that is saved on your computer.
Back on TQ you have to delete all your previously stored files manually and import the file back again.
Deleting about 100 fittings manually becomes tiresome.
My suggestion would be to add a 'delete group' (of ships) and to add a 'delete all' (fittings) button to the fitting browser.
That way we could delete for example the 'marauder' group of ships and import the latest changes you made from your exported file. Or we could just 'delete all' fittings at once and import the whole file you exported and updated. signature |

"Units unite!" Rationale: Solar map and overview work in AU, dscan in km, interdependent and linked by a fixed conversion rate. Doing this conversion in your head over and over is as soulcrushing as Celsius to Fahrenheit.
Behaviour: Enter a number into any of the two linked textfields, on focus loss the other will update. Rest as before. An AU textfield requires very little width because of inherently limited range from 0 to 14,3. Formatted float, one decimal.
Mockup: Mockup Rub1.1 w/ added AU textfield
Detail, further reading: Arguably floor the km-to-AU value to the next smaller 1/10th AU instead of round; thus one cannot be mislead into thinking the scan ranged further than it actually did.
