Allow the resource calculator for production to recognize damage so that you nolonger need extra materials that will be damaged so that the calculator believes there is enough. For instance doing 12 runs of ammo requires only 8 R.A.M. ammunition tech to actually complete but you can only install if you have 12 available. |

I am watching a new players stream and notice that the market window does not have the price of items default sorted from cheapest to most expensive. So the new player is being punished by TERRIBLE UI and not even realizing it. Making ISK as a new player without already established friends is extremely hard as it is.
The market should start out sorted in a non-@#$% you! manner. Please look into this. . |

When large fleets happen and there are customizable roles like "Anchor" or "FC" or any role, it is CRUCIAL to be in range, or KNOW the range you are at with said roles or ships without locking them up [because you might accidentally shoot them in or out of tidi] and in tidi you can't simply hover your cursor over the anchor when there's 600 dudes in local with your brackets off. Of course you can select the guy you want to know the range at but that is so very tedious when you're locking up and killing things at the same time in a rapid fashion
if there was a special option to let me know the guy in my watchlist to show me his range, this would be very cool tool to have |

I'm new here and trying to get relevant information on my screen and get rid of everything I don't want/need. I don't want to see local chat, I want to see who is in it, and I don't even need to see their full name, just enough to see if they are a war target or pirate. My local chat window takes up a whole bunch of room on my screen and my only option is to deal with it or close it, while making it much smaller would be a better option.
The local chat is just an example, I want to set a size for all of my windows, I like seeing whats going on around me while still having my D-Scan, People and Places, Corp Chat, Drones, and any other windows I need at that moment open.
I tried Scaling the UI to 90% and the windows were closer to the size I wanted, but the text on the windows was too small and I was straining to read it. |

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it WILL be. |

Maybe a section to load drones in the fitting window, just like when you load ammo. If you need to change drones then you can do it manually, but your initial set can be pre-made.
or
Multiple Hot keys in the settings "Launch Drone Group 1" "Launch Drone Group 2" then you can drag and drop into the drone groups the same way you do now.
or
Let you drag your drone group to one of the unused weapon keys and you use that hot key to launch them.
There are a lot of ways it could be implemented (those are what I thought of in about 30 seconds) and I'm sure some of them (like that last idea) wouldn't be too hard to add to the game. |

That's way too complicated ... and with carriers were you have potentially a lot more than 3 groups of drones, it becomes confusing very quickly (my carrier has almost all combat drones in the hold + logistics drones and some e war drones).
Drag and drop is more than enough for that, believe me. |

No. Say there are 3 systems A, B, and C all connected in a straight line. Suppose I am docked in system A while you are docked in system C.
I post a buy order and set the range of the order to 1 jump. This means ppl in system B will see my buy order as green and could potentially fill it when they try to sell.
If you are docked in system C, you will not see my buy order marked green. Should you decide post a buy order with a range of 1 jump, our orders would compete against each other in system B, but not in A and C. I want some sort of visual that shows our orders overlap in system B |

Personally I like to be space efficient in my chat window so I like to have only text and the compact member list and my chat window is relatively small but it works with these settings. When I open a private chat I have to change all these settings every single time or I can only read 1 line of text at a time. |

It is QUITE annoying that you have to fly out to the system in order to see what's in the CO hangar - and find out that you had in fact plenty of the stuff in your cargo bay stored out there already, it was something else, that was missing, in order to set up a particular production. Make it visible and, even more important, searchable, in the Assets window, it's completely illogical that all that stuff is hidden.
Suggestion: Make the Customs Office hangar visible and "interactible" from a remote location, just like the rest of PI. Keywords: UI, Planetary Interaction, Customs Offices Note: There is no logic in the current restraints - if you are able to control and manipulate you PI installations from the other side of the galaxy, of course you are able to arrange for transfer between planet and CO as well. The CO is part of the universe, is owned by a corporation (NPC or player-owned) and must be assumed to be "in touch" with the world just like any station or installation. It's not like you have to stand in the office personally to get things done, just because it's Customs. Make it a new skill "Customs Operations", if need be, which can extend your range just like the trade skills. But make it doable. (This might, incidentally, lessen the need for the first suggestion in this post: If you at least could see what was in CO storage from the Planetary View, you could plan and implement your production). |
