Actually your'e hilariously wrong on that point. You do know that even if they're on those venues, you don't have any legal right to profit from the playing of the songs right?
If you don't have a license to profit from that artists work, regardless if its on YouTube, Last.FM, Spotify, or anything it's unlicensed use of the copyrighted material. It's like me saying "well a TV show is on TV and I get my TV for free so therefore I can show the TV show on my stream and it's perfectly fine."
It's not, and it's blatantly clear you don't know much about what you're talking about. Since you use Twitch's service, and they're a US based company, they defer to the DMCA for their copyright issues. It's evident here - http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/735199-dmca-notifications-guidelines
Per the DMCA do you have a physical or electronic signature granting you permission to use their work for profit? If not, it's unlicensed and not permitted usage of copyrighted music, which you've played on your stream and is in violation of that act. Your use of the music is unlicensed and you're making real money profit, which is a huge no-no and you seem to think you're immune from it because its on YouTube or whatever. It being on YouTube doesn't protect you.
Here's an example of how doing things without the proper license from the owners of the copyrighted material (in this example the lyrics, but in your case the music) nips you in the bud. http://www.forbes.com/sites/emmawoollacott/2013/11/12/music-publishers-target-unlicensed-lyric-sites/
Also Twitch.TV has the following statement in their TOS

You've agreed to Twitch's TOS & their deferral to the DMCA when you became a partner after begging people to help get you over the bare minimum. You should probably actually follow what you signed an agreement to if you want to actually profit from the stream or have CCP hire you to stream via that same service.
The amount of naivet+¬ you've shown is hilariously childish. Also your'e whole "thanks for bumping me, working out as intended" is even more infantile since you seem incapable of handling any criticism about you or your "content" and fall into a "lol haters" and "lol u mad?" attitude. It's not surprising really given your past behavior on your stream.

my eve story:
the first time I heard about eve online was in late 2011, when I tried it for 2 weeks and never got into the game, because I thought it was too complicated.
but late in 2012 created this pilot, and learned to play by looking on youtube and lot of twich streams, to learn more about the game and how it works with fittings Majning pve, pve and exploring ect ect...
the first eve stream as I started following was sard caid, nice guy that is instructive and very open with what he fitt and why etc.
then I kept looking on virtually all stream just to learn about all the different parts of the game, although I am a cearbear that only pvp in fleets, its good to understand the game to know how it all affected
now i follow sirsqueebles, carka and what ever streamer is on that showing actual game content if it's pvp, pve or just station sales
my thoughts on Mad ani stream:
your / his stream provides no information to new or old players!! nothing about how the game is played or how things work in play.
the only thing that happens is a zoomed out view showing small dots and someone says "maybe someone died, yes someone died now .. I think"
if I would be a person who never played eve and random clicked on twitch and found the eve canal and entered the mad ani stream and saw a 2-3 colored pile of dots I would turn it off and never try eve
mad ani stream is for the ppl in the fights that he is showing and ONLY for them, that's only if you happen to be in a system next to the fight that it might be good to see that you should not undock
CCP should not hire mad ani or someone else's stream, as there is no one who does everything in eve and can stream it in an informative and fun way to attract new players to the game that we love, what we need is a mix of people who playing and streaming eve because they love it and not just to make money from it |

I have watched this stream a couple of times however, Mad Ani constantly promotes himself and is only after subscribers. Annoying music and annoying gif's shown on the screen for what reason I don't know. Clearly you are not mature enough to run something like this as a full time job, it's screaming help me stay unemployed.

In all seriousness now. Ani, you used to be a cool person before you got all "efamous" and it got to you head. Now you're just a douche that's trying to get CCP to hire him because you can "stream." I can go make the alts right now, and do exactly what you're doing, and stream it to twitch.
If I do that, and then basically make the same forum post, wouldn't CCP have to hire me like you want them to hire you? I mean, we're doing the exact same job, and at the exact same quality. But they won't, because you think you can get your white knighting "fan base" to help you make CCP hire you.
Oh, and by the way, read up on copyright laws as well as CCP rules about accounts.
Checklist:
1. You're a twitch partner. (check)
2. You run ads to make money. (Check)
3. You're using illegal music, from youtube or spotify, to make money when you don't have the licenses (check)
4. You're admitting to RMTing, because you're given away some prizes only to those whom have subscribed to you on twitch. (check) Go read the the rules about that again in the eula/tos
5. You're using your ingame accounts to make money IRL (Streaming to twitch, asking for subs and running ads) which is against the CCP tos and can result in all your accounts being banned for good and you being unable to make a new account by CCP rules. (Check).
So let's recap this, one more time.
1. Using music from youtube isn't legal. Youtube and spotify, pandora if you live in the US, have licenses to play these songs and make a profit off of them, that they pay a huuuuge amount of money for.
2. You don't have those licenses and you're using them to make money off of, which is in violation of copyright law (even in the UK), and can result in a lawsuit against you as well as all your assets (bye bye new PC that you had fans buy for you).
3. You're RMTing. Don't deny it. Specifically giving PLEX to people who have subscribed to your twitch and no one else is by definition RMT. Thanks for admitting it.
