Purpose: Neutral EVE news correspondent capturing the largest fights. Showing the veterans, the noobs, the high sec carebears and people outside of EVE, what happens when large power blocks decide to go on all out war. Teaching others what to expect in their future endeavors.
Started streaming: 17th January 2013
Amount of known EVE subscribers: 500+ (using buddy & CCP affiliate program)
The reason for creating this post here is due to the fact that I start full time employment now. This means we will miss a lot of the large fights (unless you're taking part of course). There will be no neutral point of view, no amazing camera angles, cinematic views and a laid back approach to showing the world about PVP on these large scales. A lot of my viewers have said throughout this year that I should contact CCP about hiring me. In my mind if CCP see this as a great publicity avenue, then they would approach me. Lately it has become a lot more vocal from my viewers, this needs to continue. Before I contact anybody, I was told to create this so-called petition.

Hire this man!!! He has already abandoned all ties to other groups in Eve and has been the greatest source of publicity for Eve over the past year, surpassing even the Alliance Tournament at time (even when they were on concurrently). |

I agree! I only decided to give EVE a chance because of his stream and have been playing since June. Even though there was the trial, I only decided to subscribe to the game after talking to him about what I should expect ahead. He is a great guy and has surely been advertising EVE to everybody on his stream and bringing new people in. He deserves to be hired for his work! |

CCP letting mad_ani go is letting money walk out the door. Mad_ani has brought new and veteran players back to eve. He has brought a new culture of streaming and eve news journalism to a new level.
Eveonline community is more aware on what's going on and the opportunity of eveonline sandbox. Not to mention the events that happend in nullsecurity and also the culture and diplomacy of the alliances . Not hiring mad_ani will damage eveonline since we have received so many new players that had not even heard of the game. Almost on a daily day you can see someone new in the chat asking questions about the game. |
