Maybe an easter special could help... Like "your corp member numbers increase as if they are rabbits? send them to other corps as easter bunnys!"
I'd take one or two... If they speak german...

On Good Friday goonfleet lay dead, slain by the betrayal of its friend CCP and by the lack of a sovereignty skill.
What will happen on Easter Sunday?
Edit - also it was my birthday on Thursday and CCP didn't get my a present yet but I think I know what is in that sovereignty shaped box over there :D

It would be great to see this skill seeded. The fact of the matter is that we have many corp mates who all want to play together, and the arbitrary limit only serves to add headache to the logistics of corp operation. We'll continue to act as one GoonFleet with or without Sovereignty, but if this limit were to be removed it would keep our directors from being so grumpy.

They need to form a committee and have multiple meetings about it. Just like they do for everything else.

once upon a time in a far away land named syndicate was a frigate pilot named coffeetable. coffeetable was looked after by his corporation, goonfleet/waffe, and all was well.
but one day coffeetable was told to go north, to a far away system called D4R. there wasn't a market for frigates there, but goonfleet/waffe tried its best to get a ship to all its little pilots.
but because there're two corps, and two bloody hangers, half the damn directors didn't have access to the goonfleet stash where the production lines were dumping the ships 'n mods, wasting time for 700 pilots that could otherwise be spent shooting and jamming and generally irritating bigger ships, like all small ship pilots are wont to do.
the morale of this tale is that soverignty is needed by several hundred players right now to significantly increase their enjoyment. please?
