It would be wonderful to have this skill. I always feel so distant from goonfleet, since I'm in goonwaffe. Sometimes two is just more than one, not better. :(

As a non-biased onlooker of this, I would like to see the skill added so that the corp in question can do what they feel is the 'be all you can be' in this game.. That will be different for different people, but having the option to do it would be a good thing in my opinion. ^_^

If CCP has a reason to withhold the skill from deployment, please let us know so we can shut up about it.
If the skill is somehow broken, or the introduction of the skill allows the creation of Megacorps which CCP doesn't want for some reason, please tell us so we know where we stand.
Right now we need this skill, we can see it in the database on the live server, yes it does not exist in-game. It is frustratingly just out of arms reach.

I'm just so tired of all these star wars.
Without Sovereignity, our corp remains split. Please contribute to some scalability as Eve is gaining more and more users every day, a skill beyond Empire Control V would address this issue before it becomes a problem.
