Grow up guys. As EvE Players you must know that goals cannot be reached on a whim and limited resources ask for priorities to be set. Growing you little e-peens obviously isn't a priority and they are rightly so.

This is clearly an issue that ran completely out of CCP's control. While everybody agrees that it's not a major issue, we have now a situation where pilots more than half a year old still have no avatar. No ETA, promises not being made, so yes people have the right to complain (especially the ones who have payed for a portrait swap). If I was a CCP's member I would be extremely embarassed with such low level of service.

Well... actually it's almost a year now. I created this char in early march 2006 and still don't have a avatar. It's disappointing. Yes it's not an major issue, but EVE is all the time about new stuff and only rarely about fixing existing one. Where is the updated itemdatabase on the website? Where are the portraits? Etc. All this little things which create the big picture. -- A alternative way of living... WTB: avatar-pic (this char is 10 month old and still doesn't have a avatar-pic )
