it s fun to see bob constantly talking about the 3:1 ratio which does mean nothing.
3:1 is ratio of people in local, what about their ships?
I think it s more accurate to talk about a ratio of how much isk, on each side, was put in the battle.
When you decide a battle, you re going to plan what kind of ships you re going to bring on the battle ground, how much isk you re ready to lose, in fact it s a good scale to see how much you want this victory.
If a side decide to bring all his better faction fitted ships, it must count in the balance, specially if on the other side we have some T1.
So let see this battle on the isk ratio, will be easy to do :
Who had 2 titans in the battle? how much they cost?
who had 20 dreads? 2 motherships?

another way to check who have won the battle :
if we want to see who had won, we can always check who have kept the ground at the end of the battle, and who have left it.

especially if you trap Bob's cargo in the stations...and ships. could really hurt...BoB might need to move stuff out....wouldn't those be some scary ganks...
