You are HORRIBLE at propaganda.
1st, check the Goon killboard for the losses your members didn't post.
2nd, Rise wasn't there in any significant way, because you also lack the KILLS on your killboard from those engagements.
3rd, check Finfleet on the other hand, they have tons of losses.
4th, You are now worthy of being placed next to DeckardIRL, Wyker and Torshin. Your future is promising

Originally by: John MacCoy Well I would just like to point out something here and no doubt I will be attacked by many a flaming Goon but game mechanics right now are in Goons favour.
Before Rev.II the game mechanics where heavily in favour of the alliance forces due to old style of POS warfare and the fact that titans could use their superweapons remotely. With alliance forces have a significantly large capital ship fleet they were easily mopping up the coalition POS's and collecting outposts.
Now with Rev.II deployed the game mechanics have been put heavily in favour of the coalition forces. The titans can no longer remote detonate their superweapons making them extremely difficult to use in large scale fleet combat, and with the new soverignty and POS warfare mechanics the alliances larger cap ship fleet has a harder time getting to target location because of cyno jammers at large deathstar POS's. Without the cap ships taking out the cyno jammer is extremely difficult with the number of ships the coalition can field to defend it.
What I'm trying to say is that current change in the war has less to do with the skills of the fleet commander and the pilots fighting and more to do with the new game mechanics in large scale alliance warfare.
that implies that remote doomsdaying does need skills in fleet commanding. i have to dissagree.

So how does the Coalition taking out BoB's cyno jammers in 66- fit into your clever theory? And once the cyno jammers (that BoB put up) were destroyed, how come BoB's superior cap fleet didn't materialize?

Actually it is you who is terrible at propaganda. It was you who implied RISE and other BoB allies took heavy losses in 66- making this more of a Redswarm victory. I never said nor implied RISE was involved in the battle, that once again would of been you. I'm not sure if I am using the Goonfleet killboard correctly, but it does not show on RISE loss in 66- that I can find. Thanks for playing, please come again. RISE Recruitment Thread

A) There were RISE dreads cyno'd into 66-PMM last night.
B) If as you say, RISE are not involved, how come your leaving bob to die? Shouldn't you bail them out?

Edited by: dirtystockbird on 30/07/2007 23:35:40 I find it interesting that goonies want to sit behind this "losses dont matter to us" routine, yet when you point out their losses they become very sensitive about it.
Goons say they didn't lose BS's, only frigs, I reference goon bs losses in the killboards (52 of them), then I get a whole spamfest of "losses dont matter", "its not about k/d ratios anyway", "its about isk lost" blah blah blah.
Just say, yes we did lose BS's and just move on, but judging from your responses it sounds like those losses you incured did inflict some pain.

oh its been loads of fun, by far the most fun I've ever had in eve, I have fraps of most of it2, Coalitoin forces taking down the cyno jammer with chowdown stuck in the POS as Dictor bubbles started going up. The initial coalition Capital fleet arriving after the Cyno jammer went down, and about 30 mins worht of footage from 4 hours of camping the gate while BoB would warp in with sniper fleets.... Die, and come back in 10 mins later with another sniper fleet... over and over and over again.
Loads of fun!

Ummm. This was in local. And I wished you had grown soem balls and actually decloaked your sniper BS and fought then maybe I would not have taunted you. FFS, is the cloak a mandatory mod you fools fit? Funny how nearly EVERY goon I have killed and their friends they had a cloak fitted or a WCS....lot of good it does them.

So the fact that only 6 Sundering joined your gang to defend the POS in ZS-2LT the other night wasn't an issue? Or that only 18 Curse joined it?
