Then i open it up hurry it's sisi! then it tells me to download the test patch so i go and find the patch for my build (No. 45017) and click download the TQ to sisi patch. I get an HTTP 404 error. Is the link broken or do i need to be running premium content to use SISI? Any help would be appreciated. EDIT: This is the link that will not work http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/eveclassicpatch45017-45639_test.exe

Disclaimer: these are official ccp patches hosted on a web space of mine that will bring you from the tq premium version to the actual sisi premium version. This site has a 'chain' of patches as well that should do the same, but there is a missing patch, hence, if you start from the tq client, you will get nowhere. This is why I keep the patches that I host available. If you don't trust the fact that the patches I linked do not come from the official ccp download site then, by all means, do not dl them. That's all.
