This is a bet between an epic forum mental-deficient and the most ISK wasteful individual in EVE. The fact that TT hasn't paid shows only one thing: Pilk is that much of an annoying insignificant loud-mouth that even TT won't waste money on him.

TT is one of the most colorfull players of EvE and gave to it
more content than one can ask for.
He is also excellent pvper and led many organisations in game
and IAC tournament teams.
He has more "honor" than most of the peeps in this thread combined
and imo if gentlemen make bets they dont normally flame about it in public.
If they disagree they have silent swordfight and kill each other.

Ok.. let me restate that a bit. It would be like walking up to an unproven, wanna be, bully and handing him his lunch money just because the wanna be shouted out about it in the schoolyard.
There are ways to handle being the winner of a bet as well as the loser of a bet. Pilk posting as he did before the bet was even officially won chose not to handle it correctly in trying to pre-emptively force TT to pay up.
