We were outnumbered anywhere from 3 to 1 to 8 to 1 at times. We held. I also did a little digging. Apparently you were in a corp called "Bears Inc." which was in FREGE. I apologize. They are allies. They don't give us anything, and we don't give them anything. We show up in the same places to fight when we have overlapping goals. Smashkill had help from Atlas in MJ-5, which was waged for the benefit of Smashkill as well as and old vendetta of Atlas (if I have my history right). Smashkill had help from Ka-Tet and Chaos Incarnate in NGM as well. Ka-Tet had been fighting FREGE for a while, and Smashkill and Chaos were interested in acquiring the stations while Ka-Tet was more focused on "beating" FREGE. And now Atlas received help from Smashkill in acquiring B-7 because SCOOTER1 got us on the bandwagon when an OXIDE member popped and podded a RK member and then was rude about the whole ordeal. Of particular note is that the only resources spent on the B-7 affair by Smashkill were isotopes and strontium for capital usage, some L.O. for moving capitals and using jump bridges, and the almight time and ammo factors. Atlas handled the POSes. Atlas represented the majority of the fleet. Atlas handled the surrender after the intial approach was made when SCOOTER1 was online and active. 2) Politics are crazy. There's a lot of blue up in the drone regions, but depending who you ask, it's all different. If we were to set everyone to light blue that one of our allies had dark blue, the entire region would go blue in an instant. That's no fun though! 3) OXIDE are cool. This wasn't a war of hate, it was a war due to some politics, and a general thirst for PvP. Yes we wound up picking on an alliance that had been taking a pounding for a while. Not the reason for the war though, and I hope OXIDE do well. 4) Roadkill, SMASH, Atlas, etc all speak for themselves. But you will ALWAYS see allies speak up for each other. I know what's going on in Atlas a ton better than empire alts, ex-FREGEys, or anyone who doesn't live in the drone regions. My alliance members do as well. So you post a bait, and then start being anal about being called a troll by Atlas allies. But the best part is that you don't even give Atlas and entire hour to answer for themselves (last I checked, the average EVE diplomat still sleeps 6+ hours per 24 hour cycle). The Smashkill association has over 3000 pilots, and many many more "forum warriors" than Atlas. So is it any surprise that the first replies to your bait were from us, not Atlas? If you want an official response from a member of a specific alliance, you should ALWAYS give at least 12 hours, if not 24. edit: Or convo them in game requesting a post! 5) So many trolls here. But I was bored ;). 6) Triumverate are cool. But we don't want to rent your services, as we provide entertainment, smack training, and free tactical displays of jump bridge usage in return for the pew pew you've given us (so far as donations!). Plus life would just be too boring if we blued you, then we wouldn't have any decent PvPers in our space anymore. IC and ED just bring t1 cruisers mostly. ENH use BS fleets and hide in lowsec if they don't have 2:1 odds (the best was when their 15 man gang ran from 1 interdictor. xXDeathXx are all too busy with their RA mains to be a regular issue, and even when they attack it's half-a*****. BWF had 15-20 players in it [most inactive]. And our gang was just reaching 10 members.). BWL spend 1/2 their time camping spots we barely care about. Tiny empire wardec corps never set foot into dreaded 0.0. And State/NFF don't even come into BWF anymore, timidly camping FDZ4-A like it houses their holy grail.

So yeah, we've done the "been blobbed" thing already. Being on a side with some allies makes a refreshing change Anyhow, enough about Atlas. So for anyone that isn't aware then Smashkill and Atlas and others have camped B-7 and Atlas has put up one or two towers. One of our corps that left us didn't bother to fuel a tower so the invaders have pounded that to smitherines. We don't have their numbers but we will fight to the last ship and pod. Oxide is making a stand we don't want to merge or be anyone's slaves. We were willing to be blue with RK and smash and DMC but for some reason that wasn't going to work in Peoke's eyes. I hold no grudges and I'm not going to smack talk. Nice to see a thread with us in it even if it means our demise or losing our home. Good luck my fellow Oxide pilots fight hard. You mean like when XXDeath, IRC and FREGE came back for Round 2 in MJ- a week after it fell? We brought caps in and about 150 support for a lazy attempt at retaking it and were immediately contacted by a few RK/Smash friendly alliances(blues to us or FREGE that is) stating that if we continued "Home Defense Pacts" were going to be executed by your leadership and they would be setting us Red and coming to help. Surely that diplo-leverage was ok but our having diplo-leverage is not. Gotcha. Want to continue down the path on things you don't know all the facts about? "Now that your coalition you were a part of liberated your old systems, who has sov? surely not you" We made the choice when we decided to drop stations in 7-K back in June that there was no going back, that chapter is closed. Though I must admit having access to Billions in former assets has been cool as hell. Step down from your high perch, and why instantly go hostile Atlas had a pretty fun time fighting off PURE in our first few weeks in 87-, and they had, like, 5x as many people as us. Did pretty good too, all things considering Oh, and then there was the SK+ATLAS+CI vs MAD Pact thing. We were outnumbered, what...6 to 1 or so then. Oh, and a large chunk of ATLAS are ex-FLA, and we were around at the MC+Friends vs D2, IRON & FLA fight(minus D2 and IRON, obviously). We were pretty outnumbered and out gunned then too. So yeah, we've done the "been blobbed" thing already. Being on a side with some allies makes a refreshing change Anyhow, enough about Atlas. Tell me some of the exciting times you've had in "Descendants of Earth", and then we can know each other and be happy friends! Also, apologies to OXIDE OMGZOR! Yeah i was gonna pos a rebutle to Shubs statement about atlas till i read patchs comments that are spot on. When atlas and chaos came to the drone regions and the Chaos outpost came underattack from pure, Atlas fought over and above the call of duty against pure. Out numbered and out of supply we held off a massivly superior force for 2-3 weeks. It was this that earnt a mutual respect between us and Pure hence why we are now blue. The point is that siege went on a lot longer then it should have compared to Frege and Oxide that that turned over imediately. Shubs dude seriously, stop posting on topics until you are in possetion of all the facts.
