We brought caps in and about 150 support for a lazy attempt at retaking it and were immediately contacted by a few RK/Smash friendly alliances(blues to us or FREGE that is) stating that if we continued "Home Defense Pacts" were going to be executed by your leadership and they would be setting us Red and coming to help. Surely that diplo-leverage was ok but our having diplo-leverage is not. Gotcha. The only difference is that, say, pure, didn't convo you to get out of their space. Thats the difference between us and you. I was very disappointed when you scurried off with your tails between your legs after shooting half the shields off a tower. Though I must admit having access to Billions in former assets has been cool as hell. RK has some former ASCN corps (my former alliance mates), why don't you ask them who has SOV of their old systems? First, you do have a new station in exbob space, but, certainly if you would get any of them, if would be your own stations. As for our ex-ascn corps, they haven't been part of any grand crusade to retake a couple regions from bob, but nice strawman anyways. Any efforts from us against BOB have nothing to do with the retaking of territory and have everything to with hopefully their total defeat. The station we have SOV over in Esoteria is more a matter convenience to assist our efforts to that end. Long term I couldn't begin to tell you what will be done with it. "Oh and here is your obligatory 'we didn't want those stations anyways." We did want those stations. We fought for them for months and ultimately were defeated fair and square. The point was the term "diplo-leverage" which was mentioned in terms of our alliance with the GOONS. You exercise your "diplo-leverage" when you feel the need, we do the same. The semantics of how the GOONs refer to the 7-K region, which is almost entirely theirs, is of no consequence to us. I will however say that the obsession some of your crew exhibit towards us is entirely flattering if not a bit creepy. Talk about taking a thread off course. First, I wanted to back Farham up, I was the FREGE rep for most of the MJ talks and I can say that IRC are a quality outfit. Of all the drone alliances, many of whom we'd been working withy ever since Kali, it was IRC that I had the most respect for. When the rest of our MAD allies decided not to honour their obligations, IRC were the only drone alliance (despite not actually having been fully inducted into MAD) who were prepared to stand with FREGE and fight (and xx, props to you guys). I have nothing but respect for IRC. Getting back on topic, it sucks like hell. I have a lot of respect for OXIDE, they're a great bunch. I thought I respected IVC and IRON, but I was wrong. Dropping out of the MJ conflict and agreeing with SMASHKILL to give up FREGE space was bad, but screwing over your former allies like this is just plain crap. I have full respect for smashkill and their friends who kicked FREGE out of the drone regions; with the exception of ka-tet they were alliances we'd always been fighting, and I can only say gg, you won. I'm left with far more respect for those guys than any of the drone alliances who turned on OXIDE. Good luck to OXIDE, I know you guys are a quality outfit, and I know you'll survive this. You can be proud that you went out with your integrity intact. P.S. These are my own opinions and don't represent FREGE, especially as my corp is not currently in an alliance P.P.S. o/ to all the names I recognise

No. Because there ARE no invading forces, because Your masters KNOW you cant withstand a full-scale frontal assualt and they ahve not the resources to come to your aid without reducing their presence at other locations where it is needed. 3.You are a pet. You have a Master. The diffrence between the RA/goon block and the Smashkillb lock is simple - our guys chose to goa lnog with us because we give them fun. You go along with your block because it is financially/security-wise beneficial for you.

One thing I don't think you'll see though are RK/SMASH pilots in your space playing scout for Atlas unless we end up resetting you. That's a lot more than can be said of DMC. Your pilots spied on RK + allies during NGM while remaning blue to both sides. Your pilots (few) spied on Smashkill and Atlas in B-7 while blue, and had to be threatened by SCOOTER1 or FCs both times with standing resets before they'd stop hanging around our fleets relaying intel. So as much as I think Bobby's choices were rather low moral fiber, I can't say I fault him for making the choice to default against DMC. You all would be in a much better moral boat if you fought us in each case instead of pansying around and helping our enemies while pretending to still be blue. The above rant is completely unofficial, and respects only my own views, not those of Roadkill, SMASH, our diplomats, or crazy crazy alliance leaders. Pew Pew.

Most of us are old peeps, mature and are a bit long in the tooth to be doing someone elses bidding, we go where we want to go, shoot who we want to shoot. Its been a very long time since we have flown on a side with good numbers, like in previous posts, most of us are ex fla, fought mc in dek / 02 very out numbered, fought pure, very out numbered, we still threw everything we had at them, was expensive and fun most of the time. Judging by all the crap flying around this forum Im glad I dont have a job as a diplomat, I just play eve, maybe im just getting old and dont need the crap these forum posts spew out, prob why I dont bother reading them much unless i need to search for a ship setup (anyone got a good cerberus setup?), they dont help anyone by making accusation's, flaming and genrally stiring the ****, just suck it all up, bite the bullet put it down to a bad chapter and play eve thats what we do, some you win some you loose. Right, im off to fit a bathroom double glazed window while the wife out, better get my arse away from the computer and get on before im really in trouble....... It wasnt broke until i fixed it!!!
