Even the residence hate the space We have had rogue members npc'ing the rich bounty resources of normal space, lots of wrist slapping happens. People like me try to make the best of the situation and manufacture for isk instead. This however requires a lot of capital to finance factories and bpo's, its not for everyone. People adjust tho, we've specialised too far to want other space. Home is home and we stay and fight. To the cyno jammers!

But I don't think IRON will survive this in the longer run. They lost focus and their actions reflect this. Losing focus is the death of any 0.0 alliance - actually of every alliance. OXIDE: man your pos guns with skilled people and then the IRON fleet will crumble to rust.

Being an IRON director during the south invasion in 2005 and being involved in the discussions with Cyvok at that time, ASCN ordered GIRON to move out because BoB was threatening ASCN of horrible things (that's quite funny when brought into perspective ) if they stayed neutral with us (or was it light blue, can't remember). At first, we didn't pay attention, our mission (killing SA) was complete and we were already on the way out. But some of us didn't like the tone and it was decided that if ASCN couldn't stand on it's own without receiving orders from our enemy, they'd better have some fun with us. Which they had. The first days were fun, lots of fighting, until ASCN entrenchend into a POS war and we didn't want of that. At that time, BoB (coincidentally ) invaded Deklein and it was decided to move up north and we reclaimed Dek from BoB, with some nice fights too. So... to those who talk about backstabbing: open mouth, insert foot. kthxbye. ____________________ A gentleman is someone who can play the bagpipe, but who does not.

D2 showed up once and killed an MC capital, I've no recollection of ever seeing IRON after MC started attacking - but the past is past. All in all the FLA were pretty much on their own except for some of the resident alliances at the time. Edit: On topic; it was a bit crap of IRON to pretty much jump us while we were blue to each other though, I had more respect for IRON than that.

Oxide will do what it can but as the epic changing landscape of the wacky Drone regions changes we will have to take a hard look at who we have selected as "friends". Lots of Pew pew in the last few months as Ceo of Oxide. MJ was fun but showed how faulty the MAD pact was Smashkill and Co gave MAD pact a nice bloody nose in that small war. Since then Oxide has pew pewed with a good host of old reds and some old blue's since some of our friends changed from "blues" to grey. So no matter what becomes of OXIDE or the Drone regions great politcal and pew pew battles with folks. I have no smack to talk or flashy comebacks. But props to my Oxide members that do show up day in and day out.
