Quite frankly the best way for us to be convinced to vote yes in the election is for the national (yes, we are British too you know) media and politicians to treat us as we are a third party or other nation like say Norway voting to leave.
We're damn British as they are and it pisses many of us off when we're treated like a houseguest that doesn't know when to leave than as if we aren't part of the country in the first place.
This all about self respect, we're going to stay in the union and we'll be the damn patriots for being the given the choice to leave and holding the flag high, God Save the Queen.

Ok so ontop of having to do 6 weeks of work in 2 weeks life goes on which means i have to hire people.
So far weve and by weve i mean ive hired only 7 people out of a needed 40-60. I cant help i have high standards but im the boss and i can hire whoever i damn well please.
Ive interviewed 2 people today and all i can say is we are doomed if this is the cream. one graduated Sciences Po in france and the other is a Harvard grad. Apparently going to elite schools means you have to have no common sense about anything!
For example, an easy question in my line of work. How do you feel about china?
