Nothing really, we are just a bunch of guys that like to pass down what we have learned from our instructors before us. When you are done with your training you are free to move on as you please, no obligations. So, look us up, if you have any questions you can chat with a recruiter / instructor in our public channel; "OUCH-UNI". Fly dangerous, not stupid!
