Saying "It is approved to be an issue" is like saying,'we give you permission to complain'. Well that doesn't really help us in and of itself unless someone is actually going to listen. I've got about 8 months before I make an involuntary trip to a certain sandy place and I'd like to be able to proudly fly a balanced Naglfar before then!!

Originally by: Hottie McGee i know i supported this, but everytime i talk to my fellow goons about capitals, and tell them i'm planning on training minmatar, they just brow beat me about not training for a rev. it's not a hard change, and there is a reason not many people fly this ship. The Nidhoggur's pretty good, and it's actually quicker to train a rev than training a naglfar even with the nidhoggur fully speced.

In general, you must have outsourced the task of creating minnie caps, they are in almost every way the biggest flaw in this game, it looks like its chinese child labours that did the job. Lowest dps, high burst tank (it only lasts for 1-2minutes but that's about as long as most dreads last in a cap fight anyway), plus they're like a giant marker of where the enemy cap fleet is. Pos shots on the other hand...
