First was Ghost in the Shell:SAC series, simply because the background society was extremely well thought out. I'm a sucker for detailed cultural backgrounds. Second one was Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, for pure randomness and funny. What other anime would feature half an episode of claymation, and tell its audience that the people most likely to watch anime are stay-ins without jobs? I tell you, it's the new (more disturbing) Monty Python. Edit: The only live action show I've ever like was Firefly.

Cool, I loved the original FMA (anime), but am glad they are not retreading old ground with the new series. Would have been a waste. I wonder what they are going to do about the parts that match the original anime? Spend time and money on re-animating scenes which have already been done? AFAIK the style is slightly different this time, so they can't just reuse. - DesuSigs

Well at least you have now admitted that you don't HATE anime, you just feel that most of it is **** that is unworth watching. That is something I can agree with to a limited extent. However, there are good shows out there that are geared towards adults. You just have to find them and watch them. Admittedly I watch whatever is on TV. Sometimes its moeblob crap, othertimes its harem, and still yet sometimes its thriller/psychological stuff.
