Also as others mentioned can we get a transcript of these dev blogs please? 3. Can you tell us exactly how many active accounts have been canceled since the "Ghost Training" nerf?

How are you planning to get rid of the macro miners that infest our ice and solid, but minable rocks, in the near future? simply put, how you going to stop them from cheating and gaining an unfair (and its against the rules) advantage over other players!?
Anyone that objects to that question is obviously going to be ****ed because it will hurt them most. - wonder why...
Second...
When are you going to look over the mission system? are we going to see more missions that are NONE FACTION HIT? as the eve mission system is a bit sucky and has been neglected!

I have left 0.0 alliance warfare because of the intense lag associated with it. While I do not experience any computer or network lag because I have a very powerful computer, most often, it is node lag which makes the game unplayable.
What is being done to improve alliance warfare and the servers ability to support large groups of players interacting with one another?

I would just like to comment of the upcoming nano nerf coming with quantum rise. I'm not a super hardcore player who cares about ratios and equations, i have however been on the test server, and since my guy is mainly minmatar...i feel really astonished at the core. I have just finished training the vagabond...and would not have had i known about these changes...amarr ships seem to have a distinct advantage. U guys talk about balance....the balance has been tossed out the airlock...

1. Some unique custom ships from time to time. 2. Let's get over NOT having drones on Industrials - it's not like there isn't room. 3. How's about periodic expanded Concord activity in less than 0.5 (like raids yah know.) 4. Make the boundary areas larger!

As a new player just under one month old, I'm struggling ingame. Vet players griefing newbies, tutorials just as confusing as the game itself, and a lack of fun content. Hell, I don't even really play anymore. Just log in, train another skill, and log out to go play something else.
Will there be anything coming down the pipeline for us newbies? All day long it's mining, ratting, missions, and one sided PvP encounters. I tried taking a look at FW, but the drawbacks of joining seem not worth the hassle. Especially if I want a career in Industry.
I guess in short, I'm bored ingame. There's nothing fun or engaging to do for us newbies. Is there anything coming that will alleviate this problem and keep us interested?

In regards to the speed nerf.
Why havn't you just looked into putting a speed cap on all ships, relative to their size?
This would be the simplest fix, and require the least amount of work on all fronts. Plus it would be the best way to avoid all the 100+ pages and several threads on why US the customers have expressed tons of unhappiness towards how this whole fiasco is being handled.

Join a good corp - They will help you and teach you - You will notice a GREAT difference to you current playing-experince ;)

Are there any plans for Freighters that can transport unpackaged large ships like BC & BS with rigs? Right now moving a base of operations with rigged ships is a hazzle and I can't see why that shouldn't be possible.

Hi every one!
I have a question concerning the speed changes. It seems to me that most of the intended changes are to rebalance PvP encounters, but what about PvE? How moch exactly is my battleship becoming slower? It could sereously hurt the ability to do missions if a battleships speed is cut by 30%. Are the ships base speeds are going to be cut down or only the way modules affect them?

I would suggest that comets appear in different systems randomly and that if found can be mined to make money, also stars should go nova at least once a year. Notice can be given to the occupants of that system like a month in advance so everyone can move out. Insurance can be bought for lost items and bases. Its the natural thing to do, then new systems can replace the ones destroyed. Also in space you are really not limited to spped as you are in the game. for instance as long as you have thrust you will gain speed slowley, so I don't think ship speed should be so limited except for acceleration.

Honestly I do not like the fact that when you upgrade the drone damage there isn't a 'Show' of change in the 'Show info' tab. I heard that this was a bug from others; would it be too difficult to fix this?

what's the future bringing for old useless content such as: defender missiles, reinforced bulkheads, mines, melted snowballs.
when are we gonna get a new eve introduction movie like "eve never fades", rather then just release movies. when are we gonna get a new eve intro movie (ingame movie)
why is the range on t2 heavy precision missiles so ridiculous, it omits the whole "short range weapon" thingy.
Certificates are an excellent idea for obvious reasons, but offcourse this is not easy. a vagabond for instance looks by slot layout like an armor tanker, but probably not 1% of the vagabond pilots flies it armortanked, almost everyone has a shield tank. To avoid issues like that and eve not being a "hold the player by the hand" game like some MMORPGs, why not stick to tech1 ships with certificates.
ECM is a thing which has never seemed to work correctly. first they were underpowered, then overpowered, then underpowered again and now they are massively overpowered on specific ecm ships like the rook and the falcon. It cannot be intentional that a falcon can perma-jam a ship with 3 eccm fitted. But rather then more tinkering with the ecm strenght number, why aren't u looking at the actual % chance-to-jam calculator ? or rather why not implement an actual counter. (fi, if jam chance is 50% on 1 ecm module, that's 1/2 so opponent gets jammed, and then the ecm module cannot be re-used until 2 activation-cycles are gone, making the jammer work exactely 50% of the time. if jam chance is 10%, then target gets jammed first cycle and then the module cannot be used for 9 cycles (making a total of 10 cycles) )

When the CSM brought up the topic of Black Ops in its meetings with the developers, it was made one of the top priorities of the issues needing focus/change. Suggestions were made to give Black Ops a separate fuel bay and to allow Deep Space Transports to use covert portals for refueling purposes.
What can you let us know about your view on these ideas? And more importantly, will we see any changes to Black Ops in Quantum Rise? A yes/no would do.
Also, considering the overall lower speeds we will experience in Quantum Rise, will the speed bonus of the Panther be adjusted accordingly, or rather be replaced since a battleship cannot act like a Vagabond?

I'm sure not many of you have noticed this, and I'm not sure if there is already a topic on this, but DEVS PLEASE UPDATE THE NPC CORPS!
There are many EVE chronicles/stories and now there is even a book! Now since this whole "Empyrean Age" is based on power changes inside NPC corps such as the Ishukone and Caldari Contructions CEO being DEAD, and the rise of the new Amarr empress etc. none of this has been reflected inside the game. Look up the CEO of the Emperor Family: It's still Doriam KorAzor. Wasn't he dead/missing for some time now?
I not a hardcore roleplayer like some might be, but please update the game according to what you guys write. Otherwise the stories leave little impact, as they don't effect the game.
PS - Another idea: It would also be very cool if us capsuleers could experience ingame events as well. (coronation of Sarum anyone? I would love to see 20+ Amarr titans in formation at the Amarr station)
