I'd think the CPU is more of a problem. Mining Laser Upgrades should require LESS CPU when used on dedicated mining ships. That would make more sense and be helpful when trying to fit a tank.

What kind of graphic do you want to use if you need 75K for it? Huge graphics tend to make a site unreadable, because it's constantly loading and resizing to adjust to a dozen signatures being loaded.
