I don't like that you cannot pop-out the scan results and have to keep this, very large, window open. When you start making the windows for the map smaller, it becomes more difficult and awkward to maneuver it, making it more difficult and awkwar...

How about reverting siege timers back to 10 minutes but allowing the module to be overheated to reduce it to 5 and enough HP/Heat dmg to overheat it 2 times in a row without burning it out.
