yes you should forget about perma mwd you wont hit a **** with mwd running anyway (unless its a frig that chase you) and seccond extender is always good, also injector is good to run from neuting bses

all this phoon is good is rubbish got all relevant skills, just for the phoon, tried it and its rubbish if u plate it its like a brick (like any other bs) it got less ehp and range than other bses and i dont know why ppl dont kill phoon drones ffs...

for pve retribution is good, nice tank and good dmg and one mid is not a problem for pvp crusader as it can tackle from range (can bail easier) and do damage from there with a cap to hold long enough
