Think if T2 already specialized enough, look at T2 ammo for example, T3 will be either even further down the 'one usage - one module' road or will just give bigger versatility. ---

Vagabond tanks? With 4 meds? Assuming you put 2 Large Extenders II`s there its still can even think about assembling any kind of big raw dps. Maybe tank mentioned above also relies on speed, then yes, but not as stand-tank. ---
