Did they in fact give the extra turrets to the Moa, Eagle and Ferrox in the last server side patch or is that coming in another? I bought a Moa and from what I saw after the patch it still had 4 turrets.

so what's the technique then for using the range bonus? i thought it was simply (and i am a noob so please correct me) that range bonus allowed you to use high damage ammo without the range penalty as such is it basically staying in your optimal ...
