How does one bot moon mine? You put up a tower, you defend it with real people, real people pull the minerals from it and sell it on the market.
For the other two, if you have any evidence of it I suggest you submit it to CCP with all the details you can gather. Names, places, times, behaviors, everything.

The only way EVE dies is if highsec miners get their way and have CCP remove non-consensual PvP from the game. Since PvP is the only reason why any rational person would choose to play EVE instead of a game with better PvE, PvP is the lifeblood of EVE. You and highsec miners like you are trying to suck the life out of EVE.

This. CCP are those hippie parents that you hear about, raising children (players) that do pretty much whatever they want to do, because "they are expressing themselves". CCP would be hard pressed to do anything about their kids, even when the kids start burning the carpet and are mixing bleach with ammonia in the toilet. Quite literally, the house (Eve) could be on fire and CCP would pat itself on the back for raising it's children in such an open manner, allowing them freedom to do as they please, never realizing that the kids have no regard for each other, or the house that they live and play in. Because it's a sandbox, you get it?

Personally, it's their game, they can nurture it or kill it however they please. The sandbox part is cool and all, but at some point, they will have to make a hard choice, and that hard choice will result in a lot of children getting angry and breaking their toys and threatening to run away from home if they don't get what they want. Cause those kids...they don't care about anyone but themselves. Their way or the highway. All that cliched crap that you hear about when it comes to this game. It's not about making the game better, it's about them milking it dry.
