Good deployment overall
Hide/Show Route: I find this new addition very annoying. It is positioned at the bottom of the menu where bookmarks and mission warp points used to be. Please either remove it, make it an option or at least remove it from the bottom.
Mail system: I would like a simpler mail system as I find the new system too messy. At least remove alliance and corp mail from the inbox.
Camera: the movement is really annoying
Sound: I find the stargate/station chatter to be too much.

Downloaded patch - no problems.
Fired up game - looks great, plays smooth, no problems.
Great job CCP, fleet finder is cool, IGB is awesome and will make mining bearable, response to clicking and shifting stuff is very snappy and feels 'live' - I like it all.

The voice fonts needed some work but im guessing will return when ccp fixes to deliver them as they want them.
Walking in stations - incarna i believe June ish
Planets could be more diverse perhaps later on moons are good.
Some ships were also buffed covert ops frigs can now fit a covert cyno module
The eye candy is merely a precursor to planetary interaction and tech 3 additional ships and mods which may just appear without patch notes.
The end game is evolving ccp need to move with it, the players adapt and what they do leads to balancing.
The eve mail is good, fleet changes are a bit iffy removing broadcast from map screen is upsetting some. IGB good move Signature - CCP what this game needs is more variance in PVE aspects and a little bit less PVP focus, more content more varied level 1-4 missions more than just 10 per faction high sec low sec and 00 |

Overall patch deployment was excellent. Very little server issues. Well done.
I need clarification on a couple things -
1. During the grace period, do TCUs have any effect on Sovereignty or is Sovereignty still based on POSs? 2. Can TCUs placed by CCP be attacked and destroyed during the grace period? 3. If a TCU was placed by CCP and subsequently moved to a strategic location for defense, does this interrupt Strategic Upgrade timers during the grace period?
Thank You.

Dominion Feedback -
Over all, well done CCP. As a insanely loyal member to EVE Online, i am impressed with how far this game has come. And i cant even immagine the heights this science fiction simulator will reach.
The one and only thing about Dominion that i didnt like, is that the start up musik for Apoc was more ossim :P

Very good deployment overall
Hide-show route needs working reworking is a little annoying with the positiioning.
Mail system attach tags, the system could do with some extra work.
Camera movement ive adjusted to in time.
Sounds - turned off to get teamspeak-vent-eve voic to work for pvp Signature - CCP what this game needs is more variance in PVE aspects and a little bit less PVP focus, more content more varied level 1-4 missions more than just 10 per faction high sec low sec and 00 |

clarification 1. - in 7 days sov switches over to the TCUs. I like everything I encountered so far in this new expansion. Definitely some very nice work done by CCP staff. I love the sov system, the new planets, the being able to remotely view what my ships contain, etc.
The only exception is this mailing system. Instead of an upgrade we got a downgrade. It is a complete boring mess and as a CEO it seems like it will be impossible for me to neatly organize it for my members again. - All mail is clusterlmped together in the inbox. Why??? Personal mail should be in its own box. - The latest mail is on the BOTTOM? Why do my members have to scroll down to read new mail? - There is a complete lack of organization of mail in a single mail channel. - It's BORING. All a bland color and bland text. - I still haven't figured out how to stop sending corp mail to my member's inboxes even after only checking the label for "corp"
It's already hard enough to get members to read corp structure mails. In the old system I reduced the mails to the fewest number possible and organized by sender (My main account did general corp mails, my alt did departments, my industrial director did industrial mails, etc.). Please let me know how I can organize corp mail in this new system. CEO of Free Civitas Union |

1. You can online/offline a TCU still in a system as appropriate to change sovereignty 2. Not if it is invulnerable and it will not be vulnerable until we seed the SBUs next week 3. Your strategic index will be reset which means when we transition over, your strategic dependent structures could go offline due to not meeting the min sovereignty held period.

Gotta say one thing tho: Very good job getting it up early! Lot better than what we've seen in many previous patches. Keep it up!

You can turn that off on your HUD settings (small white triangle).

While on the TCU topic, will there be a way to move the TCUs to a better place without resetting the strategic index, or are the current sov owners just screwed up cuz they can't plant the TCU near a POS to defend it?

To the lower right of your capacitor display there is a white triangle. Rightclick that and there should be an option to edit warning levels or something. There are checkboxes there where you can turn them off totally. _

Ello,
Just my feedback..
Had no problems downloading or installing patch.
As for new functionality/features I have not noticed much difference, I think you built up the wow factor of the planets a little too much. On my machine, they are very pixelated and actually look less professional then they did in Apoc. Granted its because my graphics settings are on medium but I cant run it any higher to appreciate them due to poor fps.
I think its quite odd that the things which seem to be a success and the highlight of a game expansion for most people is a web browser and a mail client. They work as intended, not sure really sure what else you can say about them. They are both industry standard.
Overall the patching worked great, a swift and successful deployment and I thank you for a smooth update.
However, from an end-user experience and in relation to my style of play, this whole launch of Dominion seemed like it could have just been a patch to Apoc and not the huge release of an expansion that I thought it would be.
Mixed feelings really. I like to see an update and think, these guys have really developed this game further and then I eagerly anticipate the next update to see what other magic they have weaved. However with this it feels like the next update will contain a built in SSH or FTP client..
Cheers!

You can turn that off on your HUD settings (small white triangle).
That allows you to remove the low shield, armor and structure warnings. But not the "warning, people outside can kill you" that you get every time you try to undock in empire with an aggression (yellow) time.

Although this is the first expansion deployment i've been here for, I found it to be very smooth and painless (unlike other MMORPGs which I won't mention).
Loving all the new stuff. The new IGB is great, no more Alt+Tabbing. I'm still a fairly new player, so i'm currently working my way through the new Career Agents and am really enjoying them. The Advanced Military set of missions were quite entertaining and funny.
And huge kudos on the new planet graphics. My jaw practially hit the floor when I undocked from Embod IV and saw the moon outside. I spent the next hour or so warping around to planets just to see them.
Keep it up!

The one and only part of the new mail system that is even remotely useful is the notifications tab. An option to turn off a useless and horrible change... that's all I'm asking for.

- Eve mail - Folders are needed for long term storage. Lables are useless if every evemail we get HAS to sit in the damned inbox. The inbox is the INBOX. It's NOT where mail should reside permenantly.

you know, I had quit eve because of all the blobing, and the rule of only the huge *****ly 390000 man alliances, I returned to eve for dominion with hope that this has chanced and smaller entities have a chance.
the first thing I check is infrstructure hub, size = 750,000 m3..... ..... .... wtf?.... .....
this means that to take a system in 0.0 you need a normal freigter with a 100 man fleet escort or a titan to jump bridge it, and you have to do that again for every system you take. freighter doing 60 jumps in 0.0 space, guarding it all that, are you kidding me?
seriously, the only thing you make stronger is the giant alliances, small alliances have no hope whatsoever of moving these things without being pets for bigger ones, that's is so f***ed up.

About the new browser... Also a good improvement..
Any way we can get Netflix streaming support? It almost works. I think netflix is trying to install the plugin but stalls.

Smooth running up to now. The only thing I encountered (only once so far) was when logging in and all chat channels became divided into separate windows, neatly arranged to cover most of the UI. I just dragged them back in place. It also seems a little bit more demanding on the processing power requirements as it is just that little longer to load environments.
Nice job.
