I am so exausted with all of this... i have not slept a wink and ive drank near 1/5 of brandy all to myself, i have work in the morning but i will try to stay awake long enought to see if the truth will find its way into this forum, it is all i am after in all of this.
I cannot say enough that i did NOTHING wrong here, all i wanted was the character....i am not trying to make a bad name for BIG...i just want my name vendicated. I am so tired of all of these acuzations and theories...when i myself know that i was scammed. I can only pray that BIG will see this.

i just wanted to congratulate tornsoul on the fancy speech, it really seemed to win a lot of people over :P, but i must say i'm on fret's side on this one, that screenshot is nowhere near good enough quality to qualify as evidence, and that's all you seem to have.
and fret wasnt saying that big scammed her, she was saying that the people who she wanted to buy the character off scammed her, but now big seems to be trying to protect their member's reputation so much, they're almost making themselves look guilty of something.
also, just because someone is reputable, doesnt mean they're incapable of scamming someone, you can only be betrayed by those you trust :P

Compare that agains the transaction below; check out how the word "Tion's" line up the rest of the preceeding words.
Just my personal observation.

This stuff is lame and should be just as banned as selling chars for rl cash.
There is no IN GAME method to facilitate the sale of chars and as such this still requires and oog method to complete the sale of the char (in a similar way to ebay requiring use of an oog method to facilitate a sale) there is no difference here.
No sympathy for anyone as this is possibly one of the lamest judgement calls i have seen ccp make.

What I don't understand is, since Tornsoul logged on Fret's account twice with permission, why didn't she took a screenshot of the charactersheet, where everybody could see if the new character was transferred or not. We all know how he looks like. Its a much better evidence than a chatlog. Or was the character transferred to another account ?

"Axee's ac" is all one pixel lower than it should be, which as far as I'm concerned means the screenshot is just a big fake, and the horrible compression just makes it look even more suspicious. According to TornSoul, Tion provided that screenshot... why would he fake it unless he had something to hide?

Well please at least keep in mind i did nt finalize my bid until it was verified to be BIG moderated, i felt it would be a secure transaction if BIG acted as middle man. I am a very trusting person, yes i get burned sometimes for that...but i dont want to change my ways because of the evil in this world. And as for the buying of characters...That is a subject for debate, i obviously have no problem with it...If i had recieved this character as promiced no one would have even mae mention about that issue in this post.
Now that the character is obviously not comming, i only continue to post here in this thread to fight for my name.

Well please at least keep in mind i did nt finalize my bid until it was verified to be BIG moderated, i felt it would be a secure transaction if BIG acted as middle man. I am a very trusting person, yes i get burned sometimes for that...but i dont want to change my ways because of the evil in this world. And as for the buying of characters...That is a subject for debate, i obviously have no problem with it...If i had recieved this character as promiced no one would have even mae mention about that issue in this post.
