according to the picture, Fret said he got the character....
then I'd like to see Tion's chat log right after that, cuz if fret said he got the character, he also needs to point out somewhere after that that he didn't get it after all, plus it would help validate the screenshot.

The problem I have with that screen shot is the part where he says "ya I got the character, thank you sir, etc, etc" does not fit with the statements made before it and afterwards. It simply does not make any sense with the rest of the convo in the screen shot. Why would he say he's going to be in touch if he got the character. And why did Tion not say anything to acknowledge that he recieved the character. And why would he say he didn't get it, blah blah blah and then all of a sudden 'ya I got it'?
I certainly don't see how that screen shot can be taken as proof since the aledged statements don't go with the flow of the conversation like the ones that Fret posted do. Also, the super high compression on the image severely distorting the detail doesn't help with it's credability. Anyone can do a quick photoshop of a screen shot and compress it to nothing and make cover up any irregularities so it looks real.
I doubt the CEO of BIG would have anything to do with a scam or covering it up... but I can certainly see someone in BIG covering up their scam to their higher ups. |

I have petitioned CCP not to try to get my isk back...but to prove that i did not get a character transfered to me...that is my mission.

Correct. CCP cant get involved and if you get them involved be prepared for the worst as you let someone access your account and made it public. Bad move.
This sort of stuff doesnt do good things for the game. Just makes the game more unattractive to play.

C. if he is out to get BIG. then why?
