buying time? it took around 10 minutes to figue out how to get to the chat logs, the times should support that and tornsoul herself should be able to support that. If i could type 500 words per minute then mabey thats possible, but i cant...I sincearly hope CCP helps me with this one.... It amazes me how people come up with this mess, when i know that i am innocent.

This isn't that unusual. I myself often take screenshots of trades in game (BP's, Ships, Etc) just for my own protection. Call me paranoid but I've seen too many scams like this take place where "show the proof" is the first demand.
On another note I saved and examined Tornsouls screenshots of the wallet in Adobe Photoshop. I zoomed way in and found no evidence of layers or pastes that would be indicative of an edit to the wallet. I'm not a pro but I couldn't spot it and Photoshop is pretty good.

IÆm sorry, that screen shot just wreaks of editing. ItÆs like doing a voice over a swear word on a television broad cast, where you just KNOW thatÆs not what the character was really saying because it was so stupidly out of context.

Esacly if I was doing that transaction would never cross my mind to take a screeny unless i was goin to use later as proof for something,and look at the coincidence took the screeny right when Fret say "ya i got it "(btw who talk like that this days ?)hmmm very convinient or is a case or been in the right place at the right time.

is fine. But he did open the wallet in that screenshot...
And to prove chat he could also produce his own logs as Fret has. More so since it was in BIG channel then BIG members might have the logs...

If CCP just does the minimum and tells the truth without condeming thier scam, that is enough for me, i have sent the petition and have had correspondence with a GM, i hope thier responce will be more sooner than latter.

They don't have it (going by the wallet screen shot) it was sent to the owner of the char after you said you had it (if the screen shot is real)
even if the screen shot is fake (the chat window edited) the wallet entry is proberbly real so they have your money
