yeah its a goodun too
5 250, 2 heavy lauchers.
tracking comp, two shield hardeners for the type that ur going aginst, medium shield booster two (could use a large but medium does fine for me) and an offline 100 mn ab which i switch on after to pick up the cans
two power diag and 2 mag field stabs two
i like it :D

Wroks very well imo...
5 Launchers (i use EM, Therm, Kin, Kin, Exp in that order)
2 250 rails
10mn ab
Large shield booster
3 hardeners
3 power diags
1 overdrive
Lowslots are interchangable, i like power diags since they help with cap, and running the hardeners you can semi passive shield tank with the shiled bonuses they give.

how do I counter thoose pesky ceptors? With AM my optimal is 17km... and I dont get enough speed running away to open range, even with a 100mb AB :S

Right now, heavy missiles are your friend ... or use Lead and snipe from farther out.

ferox is very doable for level 3 missions.
Even though i have 16M skillpoints, i only have Battlecruiser 1, Medium Hybrid 3 and Heavy Missiles 3
I used these 2 setups:
High:
2x Medium Nosferatu
5x Heavy Launcher
Med:
1x Large Shield Booster II
1x 10MN Afterburner
1x Fleeting Web
2x Hardner
Low:
4x PDU II for durability
3x Ballistic Constrol / 1x PDU II for short missions
This setup is pretty nice, has a VERY nice cap and can kill everything without having to worry about tracking. Damage output is a little less than that of the Railox but it gets the job done.
(unofficial) Railox:
High:
2x Heavy Launcher
5x 250MM Railgun
Med:
1x Large Shield Booster II
1x 10MN Afterburner
1x Fleeting Web
2x Hardner
Low:
1x RCU
3x PDU II
This setup performs extremely well, and if you have Battlecruiser skill at a nice level, you can get excellent antimatter hits at even 25-30KM. But the shortrange tracking comes to mind, where we now have only 2 launchers to deal with the fast orbit frigates.
also the cap is dry within no time, forcing me to warp out sometimes on longer missions (Blockade, Mordu's)
If you try any of these setups, give me some feedback please

Ive tried the railox and the only setback I get from it is just the major cap drain and things that closes way to fast.. But two launchers and two wasps can take care of that :)
Gonna try the missle version to!

My setup used to be like this.
5 named launchers (Limos or XR3200)
2 named 250 rails (Proto or Compressed)
1 large named shield booster
one shield amp
2 named hardeners which I change depending on missions
one oversized AB (LIf) now changed to one YS-8 burner.
four PDUs
Heavy missiles don't cost much relative to hybrid M ammo these days.
