As long as pirates and NBSI folk dont come here pretending to be NTDS, or NRDS I really can't see any problems. I think that Dalv, AOV and Local-Spike will never understand that we fell out because we have different beliefs, they are NBSI and I am and will always be NTDS or NRDS, it's as simple as that.

We are using a channel "e-a public" as a meeting place. Ok we've made some progress with the planning of this venture I just need to finalise a few things with the CEO's that have declared support. - we have pretty good numbers for when this venture starts. all of the CEO's involved are happy to observe a NTDS (no threat dont shoot) or NRDS policy. - weve so far managed to find guys prepared to do carrier runs to the area. - No industrialists/marketeers have come onboard as of yet. - were aiming for a populace of around 300 pilots to live in one of the many constellations in stain. - Getting involved in defence or management is NOT a requirement, people can come here and just consume. - Pilots can come here as long as they are happy to observe NTDS or NRDS, and are not required to join a corp or alliance. This is moving alot quicker than I thought it would, Id like to set a date for when all of this starts.

This venture is going to be lots of fun and I think its really going to make a difference to those in hi-sec who have vowed never to go to NPC 0.0. for those of you who are going to get involved I would only ask that you try your hardest to remain NTDS (No Threat Dont Shoot). I can assure you we are not making things difficult for ourselves. One of our advantages is that we will live in a dead end constallation so no neutral will have any reason to come there unless they are comming to join us. At the moment I am living in a pipe system where everyone will take this route to get to wherever they are going. Even though its a pipe neutrals barley come through here so im really expecting there to be no neutrals whatsoever comming into our new home. Again, thanks for your support its most appreciated, and we will see if we can make this one of the most exciting ventures eve online has ever seen.

Ok, heres the NTDS policy and how it can be put into affect. - We put a couple of lookout alts on the entrance to our space, The redlist will be based on an alt in my alliance. - Any neutral that takes a wrong turn into the garden will be contacted in a reasonable fashion and informed that faliure to communicate could result in the destruction of their ship. - If no reply is recieved then we assume they are hostile. periodic warnings should be displayed about the pilot and his current whereabouts. the community will have to pay attention to the warnings in the channel and take precautions such as staying alligned and using scanner warping safe and cloaking is the best option. - We can ask the hi-sec dudes interested in comming here to try and be as humble as possible and submit to questions and their ship being scanned, if you have no guns or cynos you're good and you will be allowed thorugh. Basically we will be doing Airport security on the entrance to The Garden. I think this can work guys with such procedures in place all we have to do is focus on the guys that dont respect our rules and try to warp past our security barrier ignoring us. Ultimatley I will be responsible if a non threat gets shot while trying to enter the garden so i would ask that the people helping with the management of this venture could respect that. Anyone involved in this must understand there's no point in destroying a ship that's no threat to you. If we can pass the test and become diciplined it will attract lots of people from hi sec resulting in a better foundation for growth. Its our mission to create a safe environment where people can do activities such as mining, plexing, and wormholes, ratting, Well have a think about it and decide for sure what you're gonna do, ive got a feeling this is gonna be MASSIVE if we can just show some dicipline.

I do hope your latest attempt works, I truly do. My only suggestion is still to replace the OP as the overseer. Last Rites or Dracvlad could make good organizers. Plus a possibly clean slate with most of your current red list. Perhaps even some support. Just a thought that i'm sure will be shot down. Yes, we would hope that hi sec guys contact us first so we know they are not a threat when they arrive, also its not ideal for high sec guys to travel around here in a BS or BC. I'd sugges using a frig, nano ship, or cov ops to get your clone down here. Its not a problem to have your ratting and pvp ships brought here by carrier or jump frieght.
