Hi! My biggest issue is with in-game bots.
Will you remove all chat, trade, mail and local scammer bots? Will you make import/export ban-list feature (database of spammers, where anyone can add new spammer names).
When will you remove macro mining, macro NPC hunting, macro hauling and macro missioning bots? Can you employ some security software that monitors client and server for bot use?

Hi when will gallente stop being discriminated? I want a drone enhancing gang link series. Boosting drones damage, speed, tracking, hp, range.
Also please will you ever make a T3 hulk or a T2 Orca :) Also the industrial side of eve needs more ships, there are so many combat ships and very few indy ships. I think there should be a ship that gives bonuses to gas harvesting. Maybe could be a BC hull or cruiser hull but still give bonus to gas mining. And make fitting railguns easier please :P

Will Incarna provide an option to make a difference between code salavging and analising at an magnetom site, by hopefully boarding ruins/ships in space?

1/ Why is it okay for logistic ships and other ships using Remote reps (including neutral party) to interfere in any combat and still be able to dock or jump gates without having to wait a minute like every other ship committing itself to combat?
Neutral reps is atm real deterent from fighting back in any empire war and the mechanics makes it near impossible to fight back against station huggin carriers in lowsec as you don't even have a 60 second window of oportunity which is already near impossible unless you bring plenty plenty friends.

Is CCP Really Serious About Lag?
Then why not deploy your own satellite into Earth's orbit and make that the game server? The game is about space... so why not have a server in space.
How hard can it be, I mean NASA put a rover on Mars and then transmitted instructions to it via a 56.6k modem right...and how far away is that?
When you consider all of the advancements, the patches, and the upgrades that have been applied to this game since Trinity...is any wonder to you that you still have lag?
How much more 'gaming experience' do you really think you can cram into the sandbox before the whole thing goes 'TILT'...? Now here comes Incarta, and then it will be Dust 514...whats next? I mean how much game code do you think it takes before a players PC just up and dies? To coin a phrase my old man was found of saying... "It's like trying stuff ten pounds of pew-pew in a two pound sack."
And what about Dust 514...you boys think you can include all those X-Box players without forming some sort of Alliance with Bill Gates's Corp.? You know thats not gonna happen...you're gonna have to deal with him anyway...so why not hit him up man...he's got plenty of ISK's.
And how bout all them boys over at NASA...everybody knows they're about to scrub all the shuttle missions...put ya one or two of them on the payroll man..maybe help you boys out with some of those telemetry issues.
Wanna sell me something from the Eve Store? Put an Eve-Dish on the shelves and see what happens. I'll be redeeming me some PLEX there buddy boy.
Sometimes you just gotta think 'outside'...the sandbox.

Two questions on behalf of Street Force:
What's the possibility of having a non graphics based gui. For those of us who wish to use android or mac products. I've played where just the menus are on screen and found its quite simple without viewing the ship and envyronment around you. By a choice of course.
And on the opposite scale of the previous question is there any more progress into "bridge" view. Even a generic pod view would be cool I think. To an example ill refrence egosofts "X beyond the frontier" series. Imagine my glee when I found eve was close to X alltho the person shootin at you was real. In either case keep up the good work.

Personally I find it a little odd that my Drake has numerous visible launchers, yet missiles (especially when grouped) just appear as a big blob on the bottom of my ship where there isn't even a launcher present.

tl;dr form: It's been apparent from the perspective of the players that supercapitals need a rebalance. ISK faucets in highsec and nullsec, as well as the mineral faucets in the drone regions and wormhole space, need to be contained. The flow of bulk minerals from one location to another needs to be less safe. The Drake, Hurricane, Tengu, and Dramiel are too powerful, and all of these issues have been this way for two years now. Do you concur with this analysis and if so, will you commit development efforts in forthcoming expansion cycles to fix these problems?
long form: Eve Online's general balance and economy has been languishing for the past two years; several issues have made themselves apparent in the eyes of players in the intervening period:
- There is too much ISK flowing in. Fortunately, this looks like it's being addressed in regards to the recently enacted anomaly nerfs and the agent mission distribution and payout changes.
- There are too many minerals coming from the drone regions and wormhole space. This abundance of raw material is enabling an extraordinary number of super capitals to be built every week. The Drone Regions, as they are, should probably be thrown away and rethought. Wormhole space needs to be expanded upon; it's nothing but super safe, easily controlled, farmland that contributes to the game's economic woes.
- It's too easy to move materials around in bulk and the transit of multiple freighters worth of goods can be performed quickly and safely, even into deep 0.0. Jump bridges should be changed in a way that reduces the flow of materials that they currently permit. The Titan Jump Portal and regular jump drives need to be tweaked with the cyno spool up timer, desperately.
- The tier two battlecruisers are overpowered. The Hurricane is nasty, but the Drake is exceptionally imbalanced. This has been apparent for some time now, and ignored for far too long.
- The Dramiel is too powerful and too replaceable. The proliferation of this ship makes it very difficult for young players to try to pirate with frigates or cruisers, though the imbalance of the battlecruiser class makes this problem far worse.
- Tengus are exceptionally dangerous ships. With the right fit, the Tengu can have the DPS of an autocannon Hurricane (550 to 650 dps), 170,000 EHP (an EHP amount comparable to the Abaddon), the signature radius of an Armor HAC, and still push 700 meters per second. Of all the T3s, the Tengu looks to be the most imbalanced of the bunch.
- Supercarriers beat everything. This needs to change, as the game's health continues to decay every day the present state of Eve's balance is maintained
These problems have been apparent to players and some developers for some time now, and every now and then we prod and plead for these issues to be addressed, but so far to no avail. When will we see changes in game balance, game design and economics to end the domination of supercapitals put in place? Will the survivability of battlecruisers, especially the Drake and Hurricane, be brought into reasonable levels? These issues, and many others, have already languished for years; this trend should not continue.
These are hard questions, but they need real answers. If you concur with this analysis, will you commit development efforts in forthcoming expansion cycles to make changes, tweaks, and fixes as needed to Eve Online's mechanics to address these problems?

Are there any plans to implement PhysX or similar things for combat instead of random-dice-throw-health-by point game ? (CCP claims eve as most advanced sci-fi simulator yet most mechanics are of something reminding one of card board game...)
Will there be any plans to drop whole skill system and allow players to progress as they choose and as they are able to do based on intellgience instead of forced wait on character skill inflation ?

2/ How is CCP trying to influence the value of Eve Isk in the future?
Making isk is so much easier today than it was a few years ago. Back then only the richest of people would fly battleships and getting a battlecruiser instead of a cruiser was a big decission. Today people almost skip flying frigates, destroyers and cruisers and doesn't even flinch buying a 60m+ noctis. Everybody who has played for more than a few months have faction battleships and people don't even notice when people bring faction battleships into an allliance tournament or use it in combat. -

What is CCP doing, if anything, to stem the tide of third party developers who in the past year have stopped developing new applications for EVE Online or stopped maintaining older ones? Does CCP care, and do you think that such a trend is reversible given that most of the heavyweight 3rd party devs have already left or stopped playing EVE a long time ago due to chronic bittervet syndrome through CCP's action (or inaction) towards them as a community? -- Ix Forres - Used to be a third party developer, now a full-time bittervet |

4/ What is the current plans with NPC AI? Will the missions start becoming the challenge they used to be instead of just a safe farming option and will the NPC's ever start using other E-War modules that isn't common within their own faction? -

Currently alliances/coalitions can hold several regions while many of those systems are rarely used. Smaller alliances, determined in living on those systems, would find it impossible to keep their sov structures alive, as even tho the larger alliance stages out somewhere else, it only has to attend to 3 timers to kill an ihub and destroy what the smaller alliance has built up.
The problem lies within the sov system itself. It doesnt reward groups that live and feed of a system, but only the ownership of (sov-)structures. Would alliances gain sov by being in a system, living there and using it - many smaller alliances, that currently cannot stem the blob coming around once a month, could make the move into 0.0
One example could be curse. In curse you have several factions/alliances living in different constellations, even only single systems. They dont require coalitions backing them up to live here, even tho wars for "their" systems and stations are fought daily. Having supers is a plus but not a requirement. What is necessary however is the will to see it through, fight daily and keep the upper hand. A coalition living a region away could never simply root you out by having more supers in their fleet than you have in alliance chat. As long as they dont decide to come live in your system for as long until you cannot stand it anymore, to drive you out. the system is yours. -

Are there any plans to introduce more solar systems to the Eve universe? The population of Eve has expanded greatly, but the number of (non-wormhole) systems has not come close to keeping pace. Eve is starting to feel crowded!
If so, what form would these systems take? K-space, WH-space, K-space but tough to get to, etc.

Drones questions. ---------------- I consider drones as a sort of "ammo". There is already a 'scoop to' command available (cargo/ drone bay). Still, I cannot 'load' any drones into my drone bay if they are in a can in space or in my cargo hold. Q: Would it ever be possible to load drones straight into your drone bay from cans in space? Just think of the possibilities solo-ing a drone boat in WH space for example.
If you disconnect for some reason, you cannot reconnect to your drones, but you can reconnect to your probes. Q2: wouldn't it be a logical, even excellent idea to give drones that feature too -> reconnect upon disconnect?
CCP questions. --------------- Before you used 'agile development, scrum' you where able to push out gigantic, no let me rephrase that GIGANTIC client updates truly worth the description expansions, like Trinity or Apocrypha. After those 2 it sort off became a bit 'meh', with the ultimate (hope you don't mind me calling it this way), ignominious failure which was/ is PI.
Q: Shouldn't you go back to developing EVE the way you used too?
Q2: why this follow up to CCP's ZuluPARK's Q&A now? We have been asking it for ages and back then he promised to do this more often.
Q3: talking about CCP ZuluPARK who said a lot of F* words during fanfest (not that I care it just felt forced), does he talk like that as well in the office and Q4: since our name should be the only thing we cannot change in EVE because it goes along with our reputation, why was ZuluPARK allowed to change his name (or why did he it even in the first place) and we, players are not (I know why we are not, and the answer probably is because we can, yet it still stings a bit). (grrr)
Q5, Mac question: whoever is in charge of the Mac client, could you please let her/him show her/his nose more often around the forum, like CCP Whisper once did. Please? It sometimes feels like we're left alone which only creates confusing which leads often to anger.
Lastly: why took it almost 3 month's to declare who won your alternate 'design a spaceship' contest?

When will the passive shield tanking be fixed? It doesn't mathmatically make sense that you can keep adding capacity to the shields while the shield recharge stays the same, then add shield recharge reducing items. When shield capacity grows it should make the shield recharge time grow. Also it is rather lame that passive tanks have better pve tanks although they are not expending cap to keep their shields up like active tanks.

Ok i think this is a small ask off CCP, can you please fix the Caldari Deties female lack of black hair please, there is no Black option for Deties female, and this bugs me ever so slightly, i tried to keep all my char's looking simmilar to there old toon pics, and my Deties female should have jet black hair but doesn't have a black option. PLEASSE FIXXXXXXX! :(

When will there be a reason to enter low sec? Currently you can farm the hell out of lvl 4's with ease generating a good amount of isk or you can farm the hell out of null anomalies to generate even more isk. There is no reason for anyone to enter low sec besides travelling to null sec therefore pirating has been taking a hit which is a play style many enjoy. Can you make level 4's more prone to low sec so the people who want to make money have to start going into low sec or make the minerals more lucrative so miners hire security to enter low sec making low sec what it was years ago.

Could we have boarding parties needed to take over player own Stations in 0.0 after the shields and everything do down? That way the alliance has the ability to have a last stand inside a station before another alliance can take it over. Making the attackers kill off NPC station guards (giving the marines a purpose) and real players to get to some goal, and make them have to hold it for a said amount of time for the station to turn over.Or last act to spite allow the holding alliance to have a self destruct botton. Can you not make the came more play able for people with bad vision like me I can only see about 5 to 20% and have also bad color vision. becuse of my bad vision I can play the game but some times it very had to do. I whuld like to be able to change the text size color and the backround of the text so I can esey see the text like in the overwiev so I can be with my friend and alliance on CTA and roams.

I'd like to put in yet another voice for the questions relating to POS interaction and setups, missle graphics, 0.0 balancing, and hybrid's becoming useful.
As for new stuff:
Will we be able to customize our captains quarters with manufactured items or things we are awarded like medals?
Will we ever get to customize color schemes of ships? Even if it's something as simple as selecting from a list of preset skins, would still be nice.
Will we get to manage our skills from eve gate at some point, and if so, can we get a general timeframe? (within the year, 3 months, tomorrow)
Will there be an option to turn off the in station interface if we don't like it? So, for example, keep the current interface or be able to switch to the new one that will come into being?
Will POS's ever be able to be set up away from moons? So for example we could put them in empty space nowhere near anything, but have them be scannable?
When can we expect anything to do with the Jove empire? It's still sitting there locked away from players, and it's been quite a long time since I've heard anything about Jove ships.
