Looks like some dev played with NPC vs drones settings again. 
After previous patch I switched to faction Sentries. The double Shields and Armor HP (up to 2.3k) allowed them to actually have some time in space and I didn't have to reduce my DPS to 80% or even 60% most of the time. With this patch they are dropping like flies. At a price tag of 3-4M each, that is expensive ammo. Maybe I should "adjust" like everybody else and drop drones and missiles and stick with guns (projectiles?) |

WOOT, after 2.5 years the change blueprint filter finally isn't limited to hangars you have take access too.
Too bad this patch didn't fix an issue that was filtered because it would be fixed in the next big release(151143) |

Any possibility that the autopilot route in space could disappear when the UI is hidden (Ctrl-F9)? Not a bog deal to disable manually for screen shots, just odd that the entire UI disappears, except for the autopilot route marker |

I think that th Brutix should have had its rep bonus switched for a falloff bonus. i know active tanking was just buffed but that does not help the major downfall of the brutix, that is it 5km range with Void loaded, i know hybrids are supposed to be close range but when you cant even hit at web range there is a problem |

Exactly. Being now forced into zhit fits is no fun at all. The fun was in the freedom to build and experiment, now its "put piece A into hole A, shove dongle B up orifice B" and so forth. Dull. Exactly my freaking point haha, They are simplifying the game because people complain it is to hard. Well if anyone was around playing World of warcraft back when it first started and the 3nd expansion people started complaining about how hard the game was having to do this little thing or compare things or experiment etc. Well 2 expansions later you log on to the game and you don't even have to do anything to get everything in the game anymore. and i quote "just by playing you get everything"..... The people ruined the game because there was always something wrong or to many options it took to long to do this or that etc. Now everyone is starting to leave the game. I know because i own shares in Activision the parent company of Blizzard. They tried to carter to the players to keep and or make there stocks rise and it screwed the players in the end. In no way am i saying EvE is remotely close to WoW in a playing sense but don't forget money and greed corrupts and if left unchecked will screw the bread givers. Just my opinion as I have seen it from the other side as well as the game side.
100% agree with you, make it easy and everyone will be playing the game for 3-4 months and get bored. What makes EVE interesting is that you have to think about your career and place in the universe!

i use a mwd blaster proteus for lvl 4's it can be run cap stable with a mean rep when fit right |

I myself thought this would be a reduction in damage, but after reading your post I did this:
let's make it easy to follow and assume 100 dps per launcher.
7 launchers at 100 dps each x 25% damage bonus = 875 dps
6 launchers at 100 dps each x 50% damage bonus = 900 dps
not a big increase, but not a decrease.
what about battlecruiser 4,3,2,1? Using the same base of 100 dps per turret you get:
Old: 840 - 805 - 770 - 775
New: 840 - 780 - 720 - 660
So that's a different picture depending how far you trained Battlecruiser.
Since the Drake still requires BattleCruiser II to fly it, then we'll disregard the level 1 skill results
Difference in damage by level.
5 - + 25 dps ( +2.86% ) 4 - Even - no difference in damage bonuses 3 - -25 dps ( -2.86%) 2 - 50 dps ( -5.71%)
So, train battlecruisers to 4 or higher and you're the same or better than you were before in damage potential.

You guys had plenty of warning. Drake Missile Nerf? You must be playing a different game. Caldari useless for PvP? Naga's, Harpies, Rokhs, Drakes, MOA'S(This baby got a life!) Cyclone being made usefull? HOSHI it's a nerf, I r stupid to fit ship.
My only real gripe is that screen shaking. Sure, it's nice, but after some time it gets anoying to look at. And the AAR seems a bit.....useless, but I shall get back to this after actually getting a chance at using it.

I don't mind losing an extra turret slot on the Myrmidon however I think it should lose only that, a hardpoint but keep it's extra Hi-Slot, I have a ton of extra PG, and cpu and it would be nice to use that extra amount to utilize something like warfarelink module, cloak, or scan probe. That's my two cents, I don't think I'm alone in this argument either. |

I was going to give my honest opinion about the patch ........
Then I realized that would get me banned from the forum.... That would make me just like how this patch turned out...
Finally had some fits that with my moderate (,yes... lousy) amount of skillpoints actually worked ratting in Null.. You take away dps and tank ... so now I can't get close before getting raped.. + I can't kill **** as fast as I used to.. (for me it just feels like u stole a bunch of weeks training from me just now, was just getting to the point that I could actually tank and kill ****... now I'm back to halfway killing a rat having to jump out.. this is rather frustrating) Drake bonus to kinetic dmg is absolutely useless in Sansha space! So as far as I am concerned the just stole a high slot and crippled my tank...
Crp... doing it anywayz.....
The rest I can't get into... it'll just get removed anyway
I was pretty happy with 1.0.... but 1.1 really blows sry
K, it's not all bad... still the nice features were not really things I was actually waiting for!

That kinda irks me, as I just recently spent 150 million on an implant that will allow me to get 100% refining. Yes, 150 million isk is peanuts. But the fact that a previously neccesary item is now mostly obsolete seems quite silly. Why bother getting refining implants at all? The only people who will be worried about their refining rates enough to quibble over a few percentages will be people that have millions of ore to refine, and of those people probably 99.9% of them will be heavy industry skilled anyways.

Coles notes: - Refining implants = useless. I have lost count of the number of times CCP has either neutered a ship to hell or rendered a skill useless over the years.

CCP will propose that a workaround is to already have a capital/super-capital ship available to use its Corporate Hangar to refit with a Covert Cynosural Field to call in the capital/super-capital.

Well, you had better add a highslot to the Viator, Crane & Prorator. Currently, only the Prowler will be able to fit a cloak & covert cyno.
