Edited by: Denrace on 07/10/2005 15:00:16 Edited by: Denrace on 07/10/2005 14:59:54 AS an upcoming conceptual artist and graphics designer I was very interested in the layout and design of the magazine (the content was fantastic too though!).
I thought the design feel of the mag was extremely professional, and looked highly polished. The layouts were logical, ordered and accessible and the colours in the mag really brought the EVE feel to life!
Congrats to all who made it possible!
Excellent work ____________________________________________

Did you get an email? If so, log into the store and use the Contact Rep button and give them the order number.
If you didn't get a mail, you don't have an order, but they could double check too with extra details.
Wish I could find the "Contact Rep" button
Under EVE Store on the left, click Customer Login.
Enter your email and password for your store account.
You should get a 'Customer Utilities Menu' in the main part of the screen.
Under 'Customer Menu' it is the second from the bottom.

I hope you don't mind me asking... but what kind of employer would confiscate your property? Under some circumstances I could imagine that one receives a warning for such sort of 'misconduct' but to confiscate property seems to me a very wrong thing to do for the average employer

No the one that does not like employees having no social life - Hell I work on the help desk for an international airline :D my usual calls involve resetting passwords - nice easy job :D shame I can't play eve at work :(
What happened was one of the night shift was having a dig at me for paying $15 for a mag, and said that **** was cheaper, and this perked the ears of the ops leader, who thought I was looking at ****, you never know we may get a new player thank to that mag, there was a few people that were interested... He can confiscate it while you are at work, but when you go you have a right to ask for it back or it is theft that you can report him for to a labor rights group. Sure you should not be reading while working, but taking your property indefinately is never a legal form of disciplinary action either.

Hmm, have you actually registered though? The store is a little funny that way. You can order without having registered. Kinda fragmented there. Use the Customer Registration if you haven't done that, and enter the email address you used to purchase the mag when registering.
Thats about all the advice I have though.

I heard whisperings that an Icelandic postal hauler was ganked in the Sea of Tranquility. Unfortunately the kill site didn't get BM'd and the cargo was lost.

Edited by: Vydek Daamth on 08/10/2005 03:59:07 Okay I have to ask, should I have gotten my copy if I'm West Coast US? I went to check my order but the EVE store didnt remember me so I had to re-register, yet I have my bank statement that shows I paid for E-ON on the date I remember placing it 8-23-05 or if you prefer 23-08-05. (And I know it was E-On because I bill my game account with a differnt card.)
I'm worried if the order didnt process even though I was billed by the time they figure it out there wont be any more copies left.

Edited by: Morveus on 08/10/2005 09:43:44 I haven't received my copy either. I live in France, so I should have received it as "european buyers should expect the mag to arrive in their mailboxes before October 6th"...
I already purchased on EVE Store (the collector CD), and received: - an order confirmation mail - a shipping confirmation mail... ... but I only received the order confirmation mail for EON (no shipping confirmation so)
Any hope of receiving EON ? I can't wait !!

I think i live relatively close to the national distribution center (i live in Leiden, the center is in Katwijk or Amsterdam), so it might have something to do with that.

'Europeans may expect their Magazines before the 6th of October'
It's the ninth now and I'm European. Still no Mag.
Store says my e-mail isn't recognized. The confirmation mail is in my inbox. My credit card has been charged.
So where is my magazine?
