Northwestern parts of Norway = no EON 
Might add that I am missing a shipment from Play.com as well. Should have been here this friday or saturday..
Is it the belgiumeses fault that we dont get it?

Very high production values, very professional. From the atrwork, presentation, articles, news, even the ads got me excited. It makes EvE that much more alive - I'm trying to read it as slowly as I can so I don't exhaust all my excitement at once 
Great work to all that were invloved, I'll definately be subscribing

Moving home to Iceland from Denmark in a week, so I'm getting a bit anxious about getting my mag before I fly off 
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move. |

I live in Denmark (more specifically Aarhus), haven't recieved it yet. I've got confirmation e-mail from the store, but I can't track order, even had to make a new account to access the Order Tracking at all.

If there were to be a bonus "freebie" give-away with the mag, I'd love it to be some in-game bonus - eg. access to a unique mission or complex, perhaps a free/discounted BPO/BPC or skill-book, perhaps a token of some kind that could be converted into LPs with any agent.
Any RL give-away would have to be:
(1) physically very small (eg. CD at the very largest) as anything too large probably wouldn't make it all the way around the other side of the globe and/or would cost a fortune to post; and
(2) should be durable to survive the postal system; and
(3) shouldn't be something that has to be folded to fit with the mag (eg. a poster with fold creases is not the way to go - we like our posters big and flat and without fold-lines).
That means that any RL give-away would not be cheap.
Personally, I'll buy the mag irrespective of whether there's any bonus give-away (although I really like the idea of some bonus LPs).
BTW, and not unexpectedly, still no sign of E-ON in Australia.

I also haven't got it and can't track my order. This has been a huge problem for many of us and I would like to know what is being done to correct the problem. I have written customer support about this and I would advise everyone who is experiencing this difficulty do the same.The system also does not recognize my email even though i have recieved the email confirmation. Incredibly frustrating.

I haven't recieved mine, and looking through my email inbox, I've never recieved any kinf od confirmation email. So I'm now worrying that my order never actually went through.
Who can I contact to check if I actually have an order? If I need to order again, I want to do it before they run out.

Hmmm, these postal issues are a bit of a concern, however I would urge you not to start pulling hairs quite yet, although if you haven't received your copy by the end of the week then you'd be within your rights to complain. This is something we're going to have to look at before #2 rolls off the presses.
With regard to order tracking, be aware that EON distribution is handled seperatelely from other items in the EVE Store and magazine orders cannot be tracked as they can with an express mail service like DHL, so please be patient. If you've been charged, you will receive.

Just promise us that, in light of EON Issue #2, you won't call an ETA anymore 
Making promises will lead to rising expectations which in turn will without doubt lead to more disappointments
