Complete waste of almost 2,000 people's night - yup 2,000 subscribers wasted a night and achieved nothing in the end
It was not a node crash! It was someone giving restart command. That someone just saved a cap fleet and 2 rokh fleets for test and co.
Game is working fine, it's the biased admins that need kicking. People who deal with servers and nodes should NOT play the damn game. That way they can at least try to be objective instead of oopsing this way. |

In the attempt to improve the overall fight quality and node stability in the Z9PP system at 22:41 UTC by moving away all non-critical services from this node, our engineers unfortuntely made a mistake and actually moved the critical system from the current server node instead of moving all other systems. As result every pilot in this system lost connection to the node and therefore to Tranquility.
The system Z9PP is online and accessible again now.
It is extremely unfortunate to make such a mistake and we apologize deeply for disrupting one of the truly epic battles in the history of EVE; especially since this battle already raged on for several hours and was still heating up for more! Take the 117 trapped capitals away from the pilots that were trapped. They were dead and you should recognise this, I think! |

Could you have timed that any better?
.....and as for "not happening again" that is the SECOND time in three weeks you have saved a TEST/N3 fleet with node rempapping |

This is all? "We're sorry"? "Oups, we accidentally prevented the end of the war, won't happen again". You must be joking, right?

Does that someone just happen to play for test or some of their allies? Seems to be very fortunate "error". When we got jumped by everyone and their dog in Asakai somehow there were no mistakes. But here le oops all of the sudden. |
