Eve before red moon = 10 out of 10, funest game ever !!!!
Eve after red moon = 0 out of 10. Cause i CANT EVEN UNDOCK !!! IT TOOK ME 5 MIN TO F'IN LOGIN TODAY. CANT CHANGE SKILLS !!! WTF !!! Don't know if this is the right place to beg but PLEASE rethink some of the tech 2 building changes, specifically:
- there's virtually nowhere left to research ME without waiting ages to even start
- you cant research a ship to ME 20 (exceeds max time) and almost everyone does this as a minimum
- please please please either (a) go back to not having RAM be consumed or (b) seriously increase the drop rate on RAM by several thousand percent

under eve offical channels - corparate tab we have two channels CEO and recruitment - CEO works fine recruitment u can connect and post but .... u are the only one there everoyne is having the same issue - solution restore it to working status CCP please restore the recruitment channel |

Due to a bug, anchoring medium reactors in 0.3 space is forbidden. No changes were supposed to have been made.
Myself, Leyanna and Enkidu Uruksen have all filed petitions to get this fixed and three times I have been informed by ISD that a "dev has been notified" to get this fixed.
If I cannot anchor a reactor in 0.3 space as is orginally intended by December 31st 2005, I have no other option but to liquidate Leyanna's corporation and it's assets and abandon my entire project that I have busted my a$$ off for.
If there were no changes to 0.3, then why all the sudden is the code bugged?! Every downtime that goes by (three now) without resolution is killing two new corporations and their members from the game.

Well..Love the game but it is having some teething problems since RMR patch...all of which are slowly being addressed by the devs...
OK..now on to my situations since RMR..
1/Lost a destroyer while on an agentt mission...L2....Lag(No not the normal,supposed player caused lag)..15 second or so key response input.Lost my Minmatar Destroyer and a lot of fairly decent weapons etc.Had forgotten to insure so guess I lost about..750k-1 mill isk in ship and items.Plus ended up losing a mission critical component for a delivery(This was sorted by GMs though so thanks)..Ended up quitting mission and losing rep because it was impossible with the lag.
2/Lost a rifter yetserday after entering combat in a deadspace complex...ok I got swarmed by a horde of rats but graphical display went haywire which led to this...All interface was blinking on and off,enemies were appearing and re-appiring...couldn't keep check on damage I was taking..couldn't repair damage...couldn't lock on to warp out location...Lost ship plus a lot of loot including l3 overseer item etc etc.Not a pre-RMR issue ..only started happening since RMR.
3/Had lag so bad in some situations that it was taking 30 seconds to a minute or so for weapons to open up or targets to lock.
4/Been stuck several times in stations and warps etc..but last night after a reboot..couldn't get back into game so lost by my estimate...approx...6 hours skill training.
Now my questions are...a/How does one try and get a re-imbursement of ships or items lost due to the issues above(I lost another ship recently but THAT WAS my own stupid fault..not lag or graphical probs caused by the RMR install)
b/Couldn't the devs award all players..say approx 8 hours free skill training to be assigned as they wish...to address the loss of play time etc?Is this doable?
c/Remember loss of playtime and loss of ships etc. impacts ona persons ability to make money....thus..some form of monetary reward/compensation should be looked at for all players who have experienced the problems...except,perhaps those...who made a killing through their production being auto-completed and getting their minerals back during patch deployment.Seems it's a case of rewarding/compensating the rich or longer standing players and letting the newer guys fall further behind....

That sounds fairly normal. Insurance has always been screwy like that. You never get reminders and expiration mails are only sent when you open the insurance dialog. If you look at the text for each message it will say the insurance period (but not the ship) it relates to.
God only knows why the Devs ever thought this was a good system but they haven't seen fit to change it for nearly two years. -- (Battle hardened miner)

All due to being unable to Jump when being attacked by a gate ganker. I had a microwarp drive and got to the gate in record time, he targeted me and launched missles, I fired back and was denied jump request for MY "agressive" Actions??? I dont have any where near the funds to recover from this. Its as though im being penalized for not wanting to be a sitting duck/target/punching bag, take your pick. Is there some reason behind catering to Gate Gankers like this? It is certanly stacking the deck in their favor.

Are you talking about the timer up in the top left corner? Because I checked my kill rights list when they said they could be killed by ppl and didn't find anything...
I'll ask again though and see if they are gone now anyway, I'll update this and the previous post in that case.

Its ALWAYS been the case that if you fire back at someone even in self defence you cannot jump. If you had NOT fired, you would have been able to get through the gate. We all learned this lesson the hard way. Don't feel bad.

Been playing most of the day when the population was around 14-15k, no lag at all. Log on tonight, population is reaching 19-20k and the game is unplayable.
Will this be the case until the new hardware is in use ?

I cannot login. I do not even get the usual black screen, my characters won't show up in the selection anymore. Just 3 empty fields.
I wonder if they're still there at all. One of my characters couldn't log in for days now. With the others gone too, I cannot even petition a GM to un-stick me.
I've said it before and I'm saying it again: If it's not fixed till Friday I'll cast my money-vote against EVE and go back to Blizzard. (After not much more than one month here) You know your game is fubar when one month is enough to annoy people to the point they're quitting.

CCP should stop billing until the lag is fixed.
Oh, and that drone nerf worked no better than the highway nerf.

Well, i dont really know if this was signaled in the 39 post before, but i dont have the courage to read all.
So, RMR problems i have see :
-HEAVY probleme whith the BUDDIE list !!! (i see lot of ppl disconnected when they are log on, ect... -i can't use agent to locate another player, i enter the name, and i never had the message of the agent who say the price of the location. -I find the drone MORE stupid than before. They do 2m/s when they are at 1700m of my ship when i call them to come in the drone bay.(And no, they are not stuck) -I have the message who say iam a "can thief" when i want to pickup the loot result of the killing of a ebil pirate (PVP loot), so i dont know if iam really flagged like a "can thief" when i do that or not. -I have always the concord message "Warning! Your are going to start criminal activitie...blabla" When i want attack WAR target or someone in 0,0 space.
That all... for the moment :)

The game is unplayable right now. The lag is huge, needing minutes to do a move, and if it dosn't do it, then you are being kicked out as connection with the server have been lost. This is the seventh day... For seven days I couldn't do more than 40 jumps in total. I congratulate you CCP for your expansion but still... this is going a little bit to far with the problem. I don't remember any expansion causing 7 days of unplayable time in the past. And the day of tomorrow yet have to come.

well this is what bothers me the most.
when i rat i keep losing my target lock like im jammed yet its for every gurista ship i encounter, wether its a frig or a battleship(and they arn't the ships desined for jamming). i would lock on and then get jammed i would then switch targets and still be unable to get a lock....in the mean time im being murderd and jammed again, and again, and again.....ect.
the new research and manufacturing setup is more complex and seems to take longer then needed for doing research and im not to crazy about having to unload the items or bpos after said research and manufacturing is complete i would rather have it go to my hanger.
the rats make it really hard for me to solo mine for needed minerals. isogen wich i tend to get in .4 sec space mining kernite has gotten really tough for me to aquire especially with multiple spawns of cruisers (dont get me wrong its a good thing) but if you guys want ppl to spread out in low sec space you need to find a balence for the solo player, because nobody will help me mine for the needed minerals in my corp and i sure as s*** wont buy overpriced isogen on the market
overall you guys did a wonderfull job with the patch...it did go smoother then most other games

I live in Hawaii, and play on a wireless connection (ofter from coffee shops). If anyone on the planet should be getting lag, it should be me... but I'm really not.
I have noticed a little bit of screen stuttering, however, and I'm wondering if the client-side requirements have jumped up. I've noticed my CPU running hotter than before, too. I'm running a GeForce 6800 Ultra. I wonder if much of the "lag" trouble is due to systems with lower specs trying to sift through a client with increased overhead.

Like the person above me (about the stuttering) ive noticed the same thing.
Except it only happens (so far) if i turn on a webifier.. Other then that i havent really run into problems .though as most here can understand a webifier is a fairly important tool in both pvp and pve forms of playing..so if i turn that baby on and i get moronic amounts of stuttering ..well thats pretty much unplayable to me.

I was shocked to browse as instructed by the op, the Known Issues page..... Looks like there is very little wrong with eve atm. I see the note about it not being up to date, but the current state of it is quite frankly a joke. Seriously, if I sat down for 5-6hrs and just clicked through eves GUI I could extend that list by about 200% (not joking guys)
I don't usually post in these threads but I think we all know there are alot of problems and alot of bugs to be ironed out. One thing that is not being done here that is vital to both ironing out bugs and keeping everyone informed is to have someone update the KNOWN ISSUES page as bugs / problems are found.
Please assign someone to keep this page updated from your bug tracking software, or at least some of it..... I don't for one second think that what is listed there is all that is known to be wrong
I totally appreciate the magnitude of the job in hand for CCP atm. They have the most complex online game ever created to expand and debug. It's a mammoth task and hats off to them so far for the job they are doing. Just assign someone to interact more with your players, they, as you know are your most important bug finding tool :-)
Few things I've spotted..
Corp roles management - The default width of the tables is like 5 * my screen width with no sideways scrolling ability making it impossible to manage corp members. Often headers for columns are missing so I can't see what the check box for a member does.
Very slow performance of any content that uses a scroll bar, like escrow and the market. Once opened IMHO these areas should scroll smoothly, not lag and freeze. Once content is loaded into a list for scrolling, it should be a 'nice user experience' to browse through it. A populated list is not effected by server / net performance and is a client coding issue.

As this is required at Level V for clone vat bay operation I'd say prospective alliance Mothership and Titan drivers are going to be wanting to get a head start on it.
It's not showing up even when unticking "show only available" (while BPOs were before they were seeded).
If this has been pointed out already apologies but I don't want to wade through 20+ pages to find it isn't there
Don't need this skill personally (well ok maybe I do ) I was just checking skill requirements for new gear for Eve Character Manager skill file.

Not sure this has been mentioned, but after accessing to the map function, some of the graphics from the map is superimposed on the objects in space. Looks weird.
If anyone is able to offer an solution to this problem, I will be very grateful.

the little triangle icons for asteroid belts are missing, and you have to open/close the map to get them to reappear.
