So will the skill keep its current database stats, meaning ultimately 6300 potential corp member limit, or will that be modified?

xetic only hit the mid 5ks tops at one point. I dont recall any alliance being larger than that. Except the informal SCA which lasted like errh 10minutes?

My sugestion, nerf the skill so that it only allows 1 new member per level, that way you can always unnerf it later to allow 2 new members per level. . .

YAY! now we can stop hearing about this!
then again, we probably will start hearing about the need for Advanced Sovereignty within a week of it going live because of Goonfleets recruitment efforts and all of the alliances disolveing into fewer corps

I give it two more recruitment drives before everyone we recruit is a spy. Who knows, maybe we'll get a three stooges effect as all of them get stuck in the door trying to loot the corp hangar

It's been 2 and a half months now since GoonFleet hit its 1300 member limit and we requested that CCP release the skill "Sovereignty" so that we did not have to form a second corp (GoonWaffe) to hold all of our extra members. Sadly, not a single dev has seen fit to post in the "Release Sovereignty Please" thread in the skills forum, despite 700 or so replies and 30,000 views. Oveur even posted in a completely unrelated thread about HAC prices that he had "heard about" GoonFleet having a problem fitting everybody into one corp even with Empire Control V.
We in GoonFleet and GoonWaffe, now almost 2000 members, hope that this flash helps the devs remember that we care about this game, and they should care about us in return. Please CCP, release Sovereignty so that we can be one corp again. You'll make at least one little bee happy again. 
SOund argument and no reason for such a skill to NOT be ingame. LOL good luck.
I suggest reaising a petition of harasment against CCP - done that before after bashing head against wall trying to even get any form of acknowledgement and these were skill that were promised 4 patch's back.
SO like I said - good luck and if its any help I support your request and cant think of ANY reason whatsoever for it not to happen beyond CCP dont lub you ;p.

TBH I'd really like to see some sort of event or ceremony around the release of this skill... It is a big deal, and presenting it to the largest corp in Eve from say.. a Concord official first, making it unique and special for Goondfleet before it becomes common would be really nice I think..
just another opinoin of mine on how I'd like to see content come back to play a role in EVE.
