CCP does not guarantee the servers are up 24/7. By creating an account, installing the game (and thereby accepting the EULA), you have no expectation of reimbursement. To save you the trouble, I'll quote the relevant passage from the EULA (specifically the 3rd paragraph): Quote: 12. NO WARRANTIES The Software, System, Game and all Game Content, and all other services and material provided in connection therewith, are provided "AS IS," with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. Don't mean to sound beligerant but it really irritates me when people demand things they're not entitled to. I know not everyone reads the EULA (I don't for the most part) but it's a good idea to be familiar with the basics. They're pretty much all the same.
