Additional issues and concerns:
1) The salvage material loot tables appear to be malfunctioning. Only players and pirate faction (Gurista, Serpentis, Bloodraider, and Sansha) appear to be leaving wrecks with anything to salvage in them. Rogue drones and Mercenary faction do not leave anything to salvage. See this thread for some details: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=434162
2) The Jury Rigging skill is a simple time sink and offers no benefit other than to unlock the advanced skills. If it modified something to do with rigging, perhaps increasing the percentage of calibration points, then it would be more of a real skill. Why ever take it to Level 5? I know that the same basic complaint applies for the Cybernetics skill, but just because you designed a poor time sink of a skill before does not mean that you should repeat the mistake with Jury Rigging. |

The new fleet review panel (where you review fleetmate health + have broadcast buttons) takes up a lot of screen real-estate. I want to be able to see my gangmates health, I dont need the broadcast buttons (already set up keybindings for them) any chance we could have the option of closing out the broadcast BUTTON (NOT the log) portion of the interface seperate from gang health?
Also, the selection part of the overview, above the overview itself where it shows info on your selection and provides action buttons such as approach and orbit is about 3x bigger than it needs to be for my uses...I'd like to be able to resize that pane if possible.
Both of these options would help to make the overview short enough to actually be useable, as it is now if I have all the panes open (which I would like to be possible) SOMETHING, be it my drone interface, gang health or brodcast log is covered by my modules and therefore unuseable...the ability to rearrange the ordering of the panes would also be much appreciated...if one of them must be uselessly behind my modules I'd at least like the option of choosing WHICH one.

Unfortunately I do not have time to read all 15 pages of the feedback posted here so I may be repeating something someone else has already said but I noticed that sentry drones after the patch now seem to randomly target ANY npc's in missions. I have had them agro peaceful groups and have talked to several ppl who also had this issue. I do not know if this is a bug or if they are being changed to this permanently but I really hope it is not the second as it is impossible to see what they have targeted.

dramiel is supposed to be that way. throw 2 280 IIs on there and 3 domi gyro's. you'll have almost a 30 damage mod

Each time I go to the map and click on the solar system view button, I can no longer change back to the Star System map by clicking its button.
My drones still don't obey me (after how many patches?). I tell them to all attack one target, and they constantly split up and attack what they choose. This has been happening for a long time, but occurs much more frequently now after Revelations. I have to give the same command 6 or 7 times before they even respond, and half the time they'll just quit doing what I told them to do half way into it. In any case, I'd like to see drones operate much like FoF missiles. They attack who I say is ok to attack automatically (many times they fight for a few minutes and then come back and orbit me until I tell them to do something else... even after I have received agro from another person or group of mobs), and remain with that "programming until I pull them to my drone bay. With shortcomings of only being able to use them within their specific ranges, but with positives like I can tell them specifically who to kill.
I think if a module is required for salvaging, certain Indy's (maybe the Tier 5s and the Tech 2s) should be given two high slots. One designated for anything, and one designated only for the salvage module.
And, a general bicker, I think there should be more stations that offer BPO researching with more slots for it. The current system generally requires I have to wait a month or so just to get started on waiting a month or so to get finished. Its a horribly ridiculous situation. The waiting a month to get finished is fine, but the waiting a month (and in many cases much longer) just to BEGIN the research needs something done about it. Cost is not an issue. --- --- --- ---

- New map needs some major practicality optimization. Map should start fetching stats to display as soon as you press the map button, not wait until it's fully loaded (ie. pre-loading).
- Some level 4 missions for Sansha seem to be borked. Finished one that gave a pitiful 1,400LP but involved 3 stages each with 1-2 dozen ships including several BS. This mission took me far longer to finish than some 13,000LP missions do, not to mention the 40 minute timer on the bonus is way too short (each gate is a 60km+ trip after you've dealt with the 18 or so npc's who aggro you together). The Score was the mission name. Bug reported.
- Opening map while starting warp, or while in warp, overlays the warp animation while the game is zooming to the map. Just looks ugly that's all.

I just noticed that the insurrance quotes lists the payout value for silver, gold and platinum with one decimal. Ex. for the Thorax: 'Cost 2,220,000.00 ISK - Payout value 7,400,000.0 ISK
Sometimes the Gold one is written with 2 decimals though. That occurs on ex. the Minmatar Shuttle and the Amarr Shuttle.
Also some ships have a ridiculous base price compared to the market price and even the manufacturing price. So since the insurance payout is the base price, this makes no sense. Ex. the Hulk. It costs 500 mill. however its baseprise is just 29 mill. I can't figure out the manufacturing price for one of them, but even just a blueprint copy costs more than those 29 mill.

In order for it to be economically viable for a ratter to hang around a belt after looting to salvage - and please don't insult my intelligence by pretending the possibility of a dedicated salvaging profession of people going around doing nothing but - each component needs to remain at its current market cost of 250k isk each, or it makes less isk/hr than moving onto the next belt.
This puts the cost of a rig - with the updated build requirements currently on SISI - at over 250m isk per T1 rig.
Lets not add how soul-crushingly BORING hanging around a wreck for minutes at a time waiting for the dice to roll a 20 is. I'd have though if there was anything to learn from ECM, its that chance sucks.
If this isn't bad game design, I don't know what is.
Oh and could you fix 800mm Rolled Tungsten drop rates AGAIN, so they actually drop in measurable quantities?
In fact, when are you getting rid of your loot tables system completely? The majority of them are broken beyond belief, the whole system needs to be scrapped, because its frankly disgraceful. ----------------

The gang system is definitely full of bugs....
Bonuses do not flow from Wing Commander to Squadron - only within Sqn does it appear to work.
Wing Commanders and Sqn Ldrs cannot give the old 'Gang Warp' and similar orders to their part - only the fleet commander can....
Cdr's cannot Tag items (perhaps fleet commander can) - silly......
Not very tested.
Patch, in general is good, bit flaky. Really could do with documentation, would help with bug hunting.

Contract system almost useless in present state.
Features like auctions etc. are a nice addition.
Make all Regions avail again or at least within 5 regions, within 10 Regions up to all regions (at least for single item search or group of items) (add option to select item group to display e.g. Battlecruisers, Ship Equippment, Shields or even more specific)
Item exchange could use option to enter exchange items instead of just cash to make e.g. 2 Power Diagnostic II for x Million ISK and 10,000 Javelin Torps .... e.g.
Make Sorting option avail: By name, item and issuer by Price by Region

Something I posted to the discussion on salvaging:
{Frankly not terribly interested in joining this new profession. Leave stuff like this to miners etc. What I need is to know what's been looted cos at the present I'm even leaving outposts largely unlooted. 1. Colour code the empties. 2. (Important!) Have the empties defined as a seperate entitiy in the overview so that they can be removed from ov. That way those of us who want to follow the profession of salvaging can do so and those of us who would just like the bugs fixed in the game rather than eternal additions without sorting the broken stuff(memory leaks,traffic advisories, distance bugs .. the list goes on)can maybe continue to enjoy eve. Me I'm taking a sabbatical at the end of this timecode cos it's all too frustrating (= boring) atm.}
Specifically - about the bugs: 1. Game client lockups at first minor then very serious occured after RMR and after this major revision too. After serious losses in RMR I was finally advised by a fellow player to uninstall and reinstall Eve. This was the only fix that worked so went for it straight away this time. Would advise anyone to do this straight off if you are locking up or crashing out. 2. Distance errors - NOT solved with newly loaded client and I think it's a bug that arrived with a mini-patch before Revelations. Obviously a major bug as i can prevent looting altogether and even make missions dangerous (your drones won't attack scrammers oh dear...). 3. Traffic Advisories. This is a MAJOR annoyance. Many of us have to put up with this sort of crap in real life and don't expect to wind up being similarly ground down by frustation within a game where we pay to have FUN and stimulation, not boredome and frustration. This is YOUR job CCP to get this bit right and the clock's ticking from what I've seen in channels. I understand atm you are victims of success, but please don't alienate long term players by not keeping up with load needs. You should be (1) soak testing all new stuff under heavy load and not just simulating with lower populations on test servers,a nd (2) - of course - anticipating population size. Nuff said.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but drones don't seem to be able to shoot wrecks, while they were able to shoot cans before the patch.
It would be usefull if they could shoot wrecks so you can clean them up when there's noone to salvage them and you have no guns in your setup.

You can't stack locked items in station containers. after revelations only unlocked items can be stacked.
Again dunno if this is how it was supposed to work, or is it a "bug" in revelations.

I wil put this again since no chanegs; -how can i mine roids with 140 units of crokite on respawn in new region; arkanor eaven lower; respawns at 100; that is not eaven for 1 cycle!!! Top what u can find is from 400 - 600; still bearlly enought for 1 cycle wich is redicilus!!

Since the release of Revelations expansion, I am unable to see NPC ships on my overview - with either of my characters. I've made certain that I have selected every ship/entity/drone/NPC in my overview settings. I can't see Concord ships or Pirate ships or Mission drones - nothing. This makes running missions pretty much impossible. I filed a peitition on Wednesday and haven't received a response - not even an acknowledgement that it's been viewed. I tried the help channel - WHAT A FRIGGIN' WASTE OF TIME! I filed a Bug Report on Friday.....still nothing.
If I knew that this was something that was going to be corrected when they do their big patch on Tuesday, I'd feel better about not being able to play. But - at this point - I'm just ****ed off.

Please bring back the mini map in the directional scanner. the F11 workaround is just a workaround and results in the game interface (between the overview and the column of maps) eating more and more of my screen realestate

was doing a blockade which has WAVES damn cool mission except for one thing
during the mission whenever a wave of npcs jumps through the gate I get:
A nearby pirate gang has arrived to reinforce the blockade!
in all channels I have open !!!!!
and when the mission is over:
The mission objective has been achieved. The leader of the pirates is no more. Return to your agent for your reward.
again in all channels!
please lay off the: "(insert MMORPG with hordes and whatnot)-instruction-set-for-n00bs-who-need-handholding".
besides that, it's just bloody annoying  fix it P L E A S E schudden voor gebruik |

Not sure if its a bug/feature/somethingannoying but its not something I like anyway:
- Tried "contracting" an Ishtar from one Char to another. - The owning char is in empire. - The receiving char is in 0.0. - I set up the Contract from Empire. - I get as far as who to send it to and where and what.
When I have my ship as an item, ready to go out, I hit "next" and then: "-Sorry live rounds are frikking dangerous and we cant let you give the ship away with live rounds in the guns. Please remove them and try again".
Excuse me?  Ofc Antimatter S is dangerous, thats why I have it loaded! If this is "working as designed" the description of the restriction is sort of funny but the whole thing is a bit...meh. 
I guess its because I need the ship to be repackaged (why?) but since the ship is very lightly damaged I cant until its repaired and I cant repair it since the owner of the ship is in Empire! >.<

I have some suggestions and feedback:
Salvaging:
1) Allow a single command to handle both looting and salvage at the same time. The current process is extremely tedious because you have to individually loot a wreck before it can be salvaged.
2) Do not spawn wrecks when there is no chance of salvaging anything in them. There should be only 2 results from a salvage - either you successfully salvaged something due to your skills, or your skills were too low and you failed to salvage anything. There is no point in receiving word that you successfully salvaged, but didn't turn anything up.
3) Add a Salvaging bonus to some ships, or add dedicated Salvage ships under ORE or another corporation.
4) Double check the salvage material spawn tables, because it does not appear that some types of NPCs are dropping anything.
Contracts:
1) Allow an "All Region" search. As it stands, it takes a lot of time to do this one region at a time.
2) Allow us to block users from the market. Some people are mislabeling their items or attempting to charge exorbitant prices, and I would prefer to simply block these people from view rather than let them waste screen space on my screen.
3) Implement a feedback system whereby we can see how many successful sales a player has made. Although it could be rigged through collusion for those with deep pockets, this will help many solo players develop reputations as salesmen.
The Market:
1) Make a dedicated section for Faction loot. Currently players have to go to extraordinary lengths to buy or sell faction loot. I would like to be able to shop for these goods on the market. Just handle it like special Ammo - give it its own section under each umbrella category like "Rockets" or "Afterburners."
Skills - Jury Rigging and Cybernetics:
1) Give a bonus to something at each level of these skills. Even a .5-1% improvement of all rigs/implants for every level (akin to the generic Learning skill) would be a worthwhile benefit. As it is, these are simple time sinks, and time sinks smack of bad design. |

Loans are in need of some changes that allow them to be more usefull and allow a robust saving and loan industry. Futher explanation with ideas for fixing the issues can be found here.

Problems with drones AI
They often don't obey to direct target selection order. Happen a lot if you don't take targets sequentially in the order you locked them.
They don't come back to ship once they have finished their current task.
When ordered to come back to ship and orbit, they may decide to stop moving and just stay where they are until you gice them a different order.

Any reason why structures are popping into wrecks?
If you kill a Casino, Bunker, Silo ... it drops a wreck even if no loot. - I haven't managed to salvage anything from them.
Also Rouge Drones (mission drones) don't drop any salvageable components - Are they supposed to?
