The whole attack on MC was coalition orchestrated. The alliance that laid the final blow is one out of 2 standing coalition alliances. Saving the best for last, ring a bell?

A victory well-earned and (I hope) hard-fought. There's really no shame in being defeated by players with the resources, skill, and determination of the Mercenary Coalition, and I have to say that you people are wonderful to fight against - smack-free, honourable and challenging. Plus you all have cool sig pictures - that counts for a lot in my book.
So congratulations MC. I'd say you earned this victory in blood, plasma and ISK, even if the k/d ratio does make it look more like a cakewalk for your side....

It's been a hell of a ride and it's been a big test for our alliance.
MC could not have done this without all the other alliance that were with us in the various Regions. It's been great to be part of this accomplishment.

Flamers aside, Nice stuff.
This makes the third time DEFY have participated in some sort of MC-lead operation(9UY war, F4R IAC/ISS conflict, and now the north) and they always deliver when they're there. Its always good to fly with people who can enjoy their job and still produce results. Hell, if I didn't love my corp, I'd attempt to join.

Man! I've been waiting all day for this post! For the guys that fought on both sides, time for a well deserved breather. This portion of MC history might be done. But like most things in EVE conflict and warfare with the MC is never finished.

An amazing contract to be a part of! The planning, logistics, and ability to handle the twists and turns of the war was great.
I'm sure those that were apart of this will have stories to tell for months to come.
