I saw a video awhile back that showed some one fitting a hulk for pvp and it was funny watching the hulk tank sucide ganker until concord pop em or in a couple instances the hulk actualy used drones to make a few kills

Hell, I am all for goonswarms hi-sec ganking. Even if I do take a hulk loss. I have a few billion in ore and ice saved up because of the drop in price. Now I am just waiting on the prices to skyrocket because people are scared to mine. Ching $ Ching$ for me. 
Sorry to the people that will have to buy all the higher priced items because of it. But it pays to be prepared, even in hi-sec.

As to their warping off..They are actually getting blasted by concord..just not in the belt. Concord spawns where the aggressor ends up. Not where the crime took place.
PS: Exhumers actually give up some pretty decent T2 salvage. And loot if you're fast enough to scoop it before the goon in the frigate is. Also, you don't get an aggression countdown from stealing from a guy who just got Concordokken. Surprised the bejesus out of me when I grabbed up the remaining Heavy Neutron I's, Magnetic Stabilizer I's, Federation Navy Antimatter, Warp Scrambler I's and Sensor Booster I's with Scripts, and no counter showed.
And for some more informational content. I was over in Tolle and was witnessing the carnage. 1 thorax to a mackinaw and 2 thoraxes to a hulk was the going exchange rate. A minor amount of tank managed to save one from the Jihad. Total for the day seemed to be 7 exhumers down...one surviving on fire.
So remember folks..tank up. And you too can start to survive this. (until everybody's tanked up and they start to bring out more guns for each kill...but that's another story)

ok had a similar experience lately where i was attacked in a closed mission area(i was cleaning up salvage) unprevoked by an npc corp player(so no posible wardec) i fought him for 19 mins without concord showing up, eventually i lost mainly due to the high level of ewar he was using, he then returned to the 1 only station in the system and docked without getting a single shot from the sentries(0.9 system) and i had arrived in my pod first, so yes I DO BELIEVE AN EXPLOIT HAS BEEN FOUND AND IS BEING USED. As for reimbursment mentioned somewhere ha no chance.
Sounds like can aggro tbh, he didn't shoot a rat and u salvaged the wreck or such? thats always fun. Or he looted your can and then you shot him meaning he could shoot you?

Like i said before in the arms race that is eve CCP have not given the non-pvp player many tools to work with. And the continuing escalation of pvp ships has gone unchecked and concord has not been buffed equally along the way.
I agree that you should be able to have impact on another player. But the other player should be able to impact you without being forced to do things your way.
Right now if you get suicide ganked your only recourse is to shoot back. But for industry specced characters that is not usually an option. Industrialists should have more options, we should have trade embargoes, and that type of thing.
Im not saying eve should be a no-risks game, im saying that risk should be equal (but with the possibility of the risks being different) on all sides.
The goons couldnt do much if we had trade embargoes, think of what would happen if 1/2 of eve cut off sales to goons.
All the miners leave the hulks in station for a couple of weeks and mine with ospreys or better still battleships. Suicide ganking is not wholy without cost and Goons get bored and go home or run out of money on insurance popping things with no loot dropping. Its actually that simple. Also not much would happen to goons under your mythical embago, they can build all that t1 crap themselves. High sec ppl who think they bankroll 0.0 seem to forget most of their customers are themselves.

Now, I hadnt done much pvp jut among friends learning the business, but i thoroughly enjoyed it, it was huge learning experience, i even sent him an evemail thanking him for a good fight. I then proceeded to wardec his 7 player corp with our 4 corp and pop pop popped him again and how sweet was revenge.
So, stop the whining, treat is as a learning curve, try different fits, take the many different aspects of advice been given, remember its a game, if your not having fun dont play, adapt, go get your revenge if tht means going lowsec and joining a war corp just to get him do it.
Now, to the goons, keep it up, if you get only 1 like me where you introduce a carebear to the glory of pvp(possibly a bit daunted by the prospect of taking on a 20mil sp char i know i was) and they convert you are doing the whole game a great service.
Not to be one to point out inconsistancies, but ...... there's an inconsistancy.

Ok I am going to post a tip. Have your corp set goons -5 or -10. If you see a goon jump in, dock. Wait for them to leave and then start mining again. If you are in an NPC corp, create an alt corp and do the above. There are so many ways to protect yourself and stop this, but you pubbies are too dumb at actually take advice and do it.

I sure its already been said but tbh I can't be arsed to read the whole thread/threads but you are giving them exactly what they want attention, just stop posting about it FFS. Why can't you dumb bears work it out  well the damage is already done so they are going to keep doing it, I guess suiciding will get nerfed in some way, as always has been gg in making eve that little bit closer to fluffy WoW.
There are so many ways to combat this and the good players probably already did take measures to protect them selves but once again the idiots cry the loudest and so eve will be dumbed down even further
Can't we just put and mandatory IQ test befor making an account, to filter the idiots? |

yes, did miss the point of explaining that he left his own corp to join npc corp for some reason, then rejoined, assuming the npc part has something to do with the exploit.
To The scarred, no there was no can flipping I am very careful since a player did show up in a mission and proceeded to aggro all the *****s popping a few in the process where upon salv the cans were yellow. I remember talk of an exploit prior to Trinity about concords range.

TBH i dont give a flying **** what goon are doin, its what CCP arent doing!
As far as i know it dosent say anywhere that you CANT jihad people in hisec, the problem is that theyre doing it so much theyre bringing eve to a grind for other players. Still this isnt a huge problem, what is a problem is when the zombies had a standoff with CONCORD they got banned and their corp disbanded as i recall, and its not too different to this, the only difference is that GOON has about 5000 paying customers in it and thats part of CCP's revenue, so its favoritism on the part that CCP will lose real life iskies (too much eve, forget whats its called) if they take any action against goon.

Well, Hasnt this thread gone down hill.
To all the people that have given me advice i thankyou, to all the others you are hateful people and i dont realy care what you have to say.
I do have to point out though that it is funny watching some of your replys, all the "little want to be bad goons" posting in here, giving crushboss and karttoon pats on the back and bouncing around thier heels like good little puppy goons licking thier masters feet and riding around on thier coattails.
But looking at this game there is one thing that will never change, CCP have made this game so the older player will always be on top, the noob can never catch up. For this reason i think i will leave this game, and yes you can have my stuff, its floating around in the asteroids of Hurtoken.

Personally, I couldn't give a rats @$$ about the Goons and what they are doing to exhumers. What I do find offensive is the "jihad" and the "Allah! Allah! Allah!" crap they spout.
There is no Islam in internet spaceships you freaks. This is the part CCP needs to do something about. Too many people are dying in RL over this crap and for the Goons to make light of it is absurd and uncalled for.
Make up a fake internet spaceship version of "Jihad" and use that but leave the real life horror out of my pew pew.
If you don't know what "Teufel Hunden" means....look it up, it's German, and have some respect for the real lives lost over this crap. It has no place in Eve.

Honestly this is exactly why I enjoy EVE. Its players can push the sandbox style to the brink. There are SO many things you can do to help avert whats happening. But instead you want CCP to nerf something.
Now it must SUCK to be a new player and to get pwned liek that. But join a good corp, move your stuff. Goons are losing a lot more isk then other are. They cant keep this up forever. Either way makes high sec more exiting :)
